Do tohoto hotelu se již určitě nikdy nevrátím. NEDOPORUČUJI.
Pros:

Výhled z okna na noční město Mussoorie v horách. Hotel se nachází přímo naproti vlakového nádraží.

Cons:

Jídlo naprostá katastrofa snídaně i večeře. 100x jsem žádal číšníky a personál, aby bylo jídlo 0% "SPICE", bohužel vždy mi donesli jídlo, které bylo estrémně ostré. U večeře stále stejná nabídka cca 5 jídel. Obsluha a systém podávání večeří byl naprosto zoufalý (průměrná doba čekání na jídlo 45 minut !!!). Úklid pokojů si musíte vyžádat na recepci, nedělají ho automaticky a denně! Když přišel přívalový déšť zatékala voda rovnou do pokoje a celý hotel byl na chodbách podmáčený. U recepce jsem díky kluzké podlaze málem dvakrát šeredně spadl !!! Hotel se tváří navenek jako nový, přesto je to bohužel podprůměrný hotel. V zadní části hotelu, kam jsme měli okno, se nachází nějaké firmy. Od božího rána tam někdo mlátil do železa a dělal otravný HLUK!

The behavior of staff was very bad specially at restaurant, he very rude and want to decctat the things according to him, the person on reception was not bothered for any complaints about hotel, overall staying here was a bad experience .

Cons:

Very slow service at Restaurant, we were charged extra 1600 for " extra person" inspite of booking 2 rooms for 4 people, very unaccomodating reception staff

Overall a convenient stay as we had to catch a train next day.
Pros:

The property is well located if you intend to catch a train. Food that we order tasted very good.

Cons:

I think I overpaid for the room given to me. There was a big seepage on the wall. The towels in the bathroom didn't look clean.
