Cancelled on me, I was alone in London, my first visit, dark, raining, nowhere to go, so upsetting, ruined my evening, absolutely awful.
The fact that i was cancelled minutes before turning up, I had received a message whilst I was driving, not heard so oblivious that I was trying to find the venue, following my satnav, nervous and anxious, all the time a total waste of time as they didn't even have the common sense to call me, so I could have answered the call, then pulled in and found another venue to drive directly to. Absolutely appalling behaviour, no thought whatsoever about the customer and the predicament they put me in. Disgusting behaviour. I still have not spoken to a person. I feel the whole thing is a scam and was so upset, it ruined my 1 evening in London to catch up with family. I missed the meal and was so upset by the whole thing, I doubt I will ever go back again. Thanks for nothing.

This property is falsely advertised and unsafe. On arrival I had to ring the owner as no communications had been sent to me about check in, I was unable to park my car at the accommodation as it was not ideal for them. When we got to the apartment I noticed that the front door was broken, I had reported this to the owner who said he would fix it but that was another lie. There was none of the facilities listed on the advert, the reception was non existent, there was no room service or check in services, the only services available were drugs and the only breakfast available was air.
During the night a number of people were able to enter the building and were snorting cocaine in the corridor. On the second night we got back to the apartment at 1:30am to find the front door to the building was locked, I tried ringing the owner on several occasions but he kept sending me to voicemail. I then text him to ask if there was a spare key but received no response! Later on that night there were people again trying to break through the doors. It’s not worth booking let alone breaking into, DO NOT BOOK

It was very unprofessional as the property owner had messed me around by not giving my refund back as he cancelled on us the same morning we were supposed to fly out…I had to get my step mum to read out consumer rights and then he decided to act right. Even when we arrived in London he did not give us the place we paid for and put us in a B&B for the 1st night which caused more stress for all of us. The place we were held at was very unhygienic and smelled like cats and dogs, as well as some of the neighbors who were shouting or praying at 4AM whilst we were trying to sleep. Then we were relocated to the apartments which we were originally supposed to be placed at for the rest of the time being there and the shower barely worked which was difficult to use. Overall experience was not great and would not recommend this at all to anyone.

After I received the confirmation email, owner texted me saying that room is not available next day when i asked him about the refund, he told me to check my emails. Waited 2 more days then he told me to get in touch with booking.com after i told him that it doesnt show on the app that you refunded his answer was "Pls be educated don't disturb people early morning due to your own lack of understanding of the system"

Very bad stay room was dusty with hair on the bed I paid for breakfast there was nothing in the room to make tea I call the guy he told me if I come to eat he was so rude to me I left at 7am because there no breakfast i was so disappointed never me again bad service #93 including breakfast and no breakfast so bad if I new it was hotel near I would book the guy told me they will bring breakfast nothing came please if you book that place please don't very bad service I could not sleep on the bed I had to open a blanket i bring with me on the bed because it was not clean hair all over I told him and he was being rude to me what kind of place is this very bad service was disappointed this is so bad you paid for breakfast and nothing like that was at the place hope you enjoy the £93 never me again theif I learn will never make this mistake again when I call him he said message him I only get in by a code he send me be careful people of this place..

The customer service team is very bad they called me 1 hour before my flight to inform me if I’m late I won’t be able to enter the building and I informed them 4 days before that’s I will arrive late
It was a good location, had Christmas decorations and was the cheapest option available

I arrived and was told on the phone that no apartment was available and a refund would be issued. 5 days later they are lying to Booking.com and telling them I stayed. I couldn't get in so how could I stay??

Like a previous reviewer - I did not even stay at this accommodation, as after I arrived at the address with no sign of how to enter, I phoned and was told that it was no longer available. I was left literally standing on the pavement with my luggage and trying to find another place to spend the night at the last minute. I am furious and have complained to Booking.com. I am awaiting their reply. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE

Good location
To start it’s a Misleading photo of the property when you’re trying to locate. The parking wasn’t ideal although free with the booking - parking is down an alleyway with others so you have to be blocked in or block others in, so not ideal.
Property was clean and modern
Property was not located or as pictured by the exterior photos.There were no amenities as listed and when pointed out to the host this they didn’t seem to see there was a problem.Also pointed out we had booked breakfast included so a carrier bag with a carton of orange some croissants and brioche buns were dropped off no butter or anything to go with them.I feel very dissatisfied with the response from the host.
There was nothing to like about the accommodation.
I booked this room, only for the owner to tell me that its occupied and there is another place that i could stay which was 10 minutes away from the original location . Being that it was very late at night and all i wanted to do was sleep, i accepted the next place to stay. It was was in an office building that was converted into a bedroom, there was a loud party happening within the same building so i barley had sleep.
by far the worst accommodation i've stayed in.
