Ottima struttura ed ottima posizione
Pros:

Ottima posizione, camera pulita con tutto il necessario per colazione o spuntino in camera.
Staff molto gentile pronto a risolvere prontamente le necessità.

Cons:

Purtroppo le parti comuni, androni e scale,sono in ristrutturazione e sono attualmente non ancora terminati... E quindi impegnativi...

Apartment was okay

Cons:

The hallway on floor one was very dirty and had a bad smell. We had to run outside due to the smell. It would be nice if the corridors were cleaner. Also very noisy. Bathroom door did not close completely which I did not like.

Ich würde auf keinen Fall bei der Kette nochmal buchen.
Pros:

Leichter Zugang.

Cons:

Hygiene ist unterirdisch. Der Boden hat so massiv geklebt, dass man stehts Schuhwerk auf dem Zimmer tragen musste.
Es war bei der Buchung nicht beschrieben, dass die Anlage saniert wird. Es hat gestunke und der Aufzug stand NICHT zur Verfügung.
TV konnte kaum bedient werden. Nach 30min YouTube-Videos konnte ich zwar Bild einstellen aber bedienen konnte man den TV kaum.

Que pague más por una suite vista a la calle y me dieron otro vista atrás , pero ya no dije nada porque igual estuve cómoda

Bir daha digital erişimli konaklama tercih etmem.Bu otelde de bir daha konaklamayı düşünmüyorum. Çözüm odaklı bir işletm

Sadece konumunu beğendim

Cons:

Oda temizliği yok, havlu değişimi yok, asansör ilk 3 gün çalışmıyordu ve girişte 3 valizi 5.kata yürüyerek çıkarmak zorunda kaldım. Binanın altındaki kafede kahvaltı alıyorsunuz ( yiyecekler çok lezzetli olmasına rağmen) ve günlük kişi başı 15€ limitiniz var, üstünü ödemeniz gerekiyor. Çok fazla bir ücret çıkmıyor ancak ne sitede ne otelin açıklamalarında bu 15€ limiti açıklamasını göremedim. Ayrıca kafe cumartesi günü 09:00’da açılıyor ve havaalanına gitmek zorunda olduğumuz için son güne ait kahvaltı hakkımız yandı ve ödediğimiz ücret boşa gitti. Ayrıca giriş günümüzde mutfaktaki çöp alanında önceki misafirlere ait çöp ve pizza kutusu duruyordu. Ertesi gün oda temizliği yapılacağını düşünerek o anda iletişime geçmedik. 2 gün sınra alınmayınca durumu ilettik ancak hiçbir temizlik yada gelişme olmadı ve oda temizliği için extra ücret olduğu söylendi ve bunu kabul etmedik. Oda temizliği olmadığı ve bunun extra ücrete tabii olduğu bilgisini de ne bookingde ne otel sayfasında göremedim. Odadaki tv kumandasında pil yoktu, hatta klima kumandasını aktarmak zorunda kaldım. Resepsiyon olmayışı ve karşınızda muhatap olmayışını beğenmedim.

Perfect location, easy to move around the city. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

The code of the main building entrance door was not working, and it didn t work for the whole weekend. The solution found by the staff was to keep it completely open throughout the night. I had no internet to contact the service so this inconvenience has been a bit frustrating

Desde que llegue el Asensor estuvo dañado por suerte me tocó l a planta 1 pero tenía dos maletas pesada y sufrí subiendo escalera.

The location is the highlight, as is the neighborhood.

Cons:

the place was under refurbishment. I guess in few months will finish and future guests will take advantage.
the elevator suddenly stopped to work for 2 days. I am not sure when maintenance fix the problem because I checked out.
the mattress was too soft for my size and weight.
I included the breakfast in the booking, the guests must take breakfast in the coffee shop on the side of the apartment. The place is great, no question about this, I only don't like to have one single option to eat and use my voucher there. I would like to use my voucher in other places with partnership.
unfortunately, the room smells smoke. We are not smokers, it is easy to identify.
