Pros:

good location, close to Friesenplatz. There is no reception, but basically not even needed.
The room was comfortable, the photos are realistic. Check-in and doorcode worked well, I didnt have any issues.

Cons:

Convenient location, but the price was a bit high during the carnival time.
There is no luggage storage, so if you have a late train/flight you need to bring all your stuffs with you. It wasnt a big issue for me btw.

Pros:

Really nice place to stay — I had the chance to stay in one of the newly renovated rooms and it looks amazing. Everything was super clean, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. I’d happily come back!

Voodi ja terve tuba oli väga mugav, seal oli olemas kõik, mis peatumiseks vaja! Sissesaamine nii alt majast kui oma tuppa oli lihtne ja loogiline. Kõik oli puhas ja seal võiks kauemgi peatuda.

Cons:

Vannitoa uks oli suitsuklaasist (põhimõtteliselt läbipaistev) ja lisaks ei läinud see lükanduks korralikult kinni. St. et tualetis või duši all käimiseks puudus igasugune privaatsus. :(

Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. The kitchen had all required utensils. Access was easily provided through door codes at the building and room doors. The location in Friesenplatz was very easily reachable and the room itself was relatively quiet.

Cons:

The stair case and elevator were relatively dirty (probably due to the ongoing construction work). The much bigger issue is that the bathroom was next to the bed. At random times during the night, the bathroom fan turned on, which could be clearly heard in the bed.
