Lovely ideal for my first couple of nights in Vietnam it eases me in gently
Pros:

Excellent location for city of Da Nang, Dragon Bridge , Han market . It’s a small hotel where guests are made to feel comfortable and very welcome. The staff are fantastic especially Zoey 6* , Vin 6* and Dan . Nothing is too much trouble for the staff they are genuinely so helpful

Cons:

The cleaners didn’t always put of enough towels in the room

Awesome place to stay
Pros:

The staff were amazing, so welcoming and helpful. Stand out staff members were Zoey on reception the the two doormen, Dan and Tuyen, they were awesome.

Cons:

The drains in the bathroom were very smelly at times.

Pros:

We truly enjoyed our stay at this concept hotel! It has a perfect location right in the city center, making it very convenient to explore everything nearby. The hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with a friendly and supportive staff that made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend the hotel when visiting Da Nang.

Sehr gutes Hotel mitten in Danang, viele restaurants im umgebung. Zimmer und betten absolut in ordnung. Das Fruhstuck koennte etwas besser sein, aber im algemein war es ok.

Mir hat der Service von allen Mitarbeitern sehr gefallen besonders von Zoey, Tuyen und Team Bay. Sie waren sehr zuvorkommend and hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Es gab eine Mischung vom westlichen und traditionellen Gerichten zur Auswahl

The hotel is lovely, welcoming and perfectly located. We felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived.

A huge thank you to the entire reception team. Everyone was extremely friendly, always smiling, helpful and attentive throughout our stay. It really made a difference!

We would also like to give a very special thank you to the gentleman at the entrance of the hotel. He was always smiling, welcoming and incredibly kind every single time we saw him. Such a lovely person who truly adds to the warm atmosphere of the hotel. ❤️

Très bon séjour
Pros:

L'emplacement, on y trouve tout facilement à pied . Le pont du Dragon est à une 15mn à pied .
L'acceuil de l'hôtel est très jolie.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Un séjour parfait grâce à une équipe exceptionnelle !

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à l'hôtel Seahorse Natalie. Tout était parfait, mais ce qui a vraiment fait la différence, c'est la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de l'équipe.

Un immense merci à Zoey, la réceptionniste, pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité et ses précieux conseils. Toujours souriante et attentionnée, elle a su répondre à toutes nos demandes avec une efficacité remarquable.

Nous tenons également à remercier chaleureusement Dan Tuyen, le portier/maître d'accueil, pour son professionnalisme et sa bienveillance. Son sens de l'accueil et sa prévenance ont ajouté une touche personnelle à notre expérience. Il a été aux petits soins pour nous.

L'hôtel est magnifique, les chambres sont confortables et la propreté irréprochable. Mais c'est vraiment l'équipe qui rend cet établissement si spécial. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt und haben uns absolut wohlgefühlt.
​Service & Personal: Das gesamte Team war außerordentlich freundlich und aufmerksam. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an herzlich willkommen. Die zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Betten bequem.

Fantastisch!
Pros:

Geweldig personeel. Iedere dag heel vrolijk en dienstverlenend. Vooral de security! Het was een heerlijk hotel om in te verblijven. De kamer was ruim en super schoon. Alle ammendities werden iedere dag bijgevuld. Het bed was fantastisch. Heerlijk frisse en zachte lakens. Ik heb er heerlijk in geslapen. De badkamer was ook ruim en zeer schoon.
Bij het uitchecken mochten wij ook nog aan een rad draaien. Daardoor kregen wij een gratis drankje to-go.

Dit hotel is naar mijn mening het beste hotel waar wij in hebben verbleven. Chapeau!

Dóbr alklalziacja, ładny wystrój i dobre śniadanie.

Dobra lokalizacja i śniadanie. Pokój duży i wygodne łóżka

Sporo zamieszania przy zameldowaniu, personel upierał się, że wydał już przy zameldowaniu kartę do mojego pokoju moim znajomym, którzy odbierali swój pokój wcześniej. Długo trwał cały proces zameldowania, za długo. Przy wymeldowaniu można zakręcić kołem i wylosować nagrodę, ale jest to słabo zorganizowane. Nagroda jest do wykorzystania od razu np drink w barze, ale jak się wymeldowujesz to często masz taksówkę ichnie ma szans z tego skorzystać. Nikt wcześniej nie informuje jak to działa. Poza tym po wymeldowaniu trzeba czekać aż recepcjonista sprawdzi każdy pokój samodzielnie, nie ma do tego personelu. Jak się spieszysz np na lotnisko to jest to słabe i do poprawy. Ściany w pokoju pomalowane w wyjątkowo dziwny sposób, np. Do połowy wysokości.
