Great hotel and great location!
Pros:

Big comfortable room with city view, great breakfast, amazing reception vibe and the team was just incredible: friendly, accommodating and authentic sweet staff

Cons:

The aircon was not working and they had to come to fix it twice during our afternoon and evening stay. It was very hot. They were very nice about it and tried to solve it asap, but the waiting time was not pleasant. Breakfast was great though , and the bedroom very comfortable overall

L’emplacement est bien, le petit déjeuner est bon, l’aimabilité des réceptionnistes, les lits sont confortables

Cons:

Le balcon trop petit, la vue sur les buildings, la piscine sur le toit qui est petite. C’est également cher pour le Vietnam.

Great location in city center but easily access the beach using grab bike

Cons:

Small rooftop decking. Pool is decent sized but decking could be larger..more sunbeds or decking chairs.

Unable to lock door from inside. Could only put on the latch. I had reported this to the reception and they said they would get a repairman to look at it but I never received an update from them.

Alles in Ordnung und bekommen was gebucht wurde ;)
Pros:

Lage und Ausstattung der Zimmer wie beschrieben, Speziell die Zimmer bieten einen Flair von einem schönen Boutique Hotel. Rooftop Pool dagegen mit 2 Liegen und sonst keiner Sitzfläche eher vernachlässigbar.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hätten wir uns sparen können. Mini Auswahl und in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft unzählige Möglichkeiten für Frühstück a la carte

Excellent hotel, will definitely be back.
Pros:

Superb hotel, Truc,Thuong, Ha, and Tuyen were super helpful, couldn’t do enough for us. Location was accessible to food, shops, markets and the river. Only a short grab to the beach. We Will definitely stay here again.

It was a very nice stay.

Prima hotel
Pros:

Het receptie gedeelte is gezellig ingericht en fijn om te zitten of werken. De locatie is super en onze kamer was lekker ruim. De mannen van de beveiliging verdienen een compliment. Altijd een glimlach en super attent.

Cons:

We wilden een scooter huren via het hotel en dat kon alleen door een paspoort achter te laten. Wij legden uit dat je dat mensen eigenlijk niet kan vragen. Dat iedereen het doet is al niet slim, maar bied dan de optie aan om cash of een creditcard reservering achter te laten. Een paspoort hoor je ten alle tijden bij je te hebben en is een onmisbaar document waar veel mee gefraudeerd wordt. Dat zou een hotel toch moeten begrijpen? Ze wilden niet meedenken, dus wij zijn naar een gerenommeerde motorzaak gegaan waar je gewoon een deposit van 3 miljoen kon achterlaten.

We wilden graag het bed verschoond hebben, dat hebben we 2 dagen moeten vragen voordat het gedaan werd. Zoals vaak in Vietnam is communicatie een dingetje...
