Excellent location with great staff. Clean and good value!
Pros:

Very nice staff and the place was clean and in an excellent location! Very easy to walk around downtown. Nice and quiet at night, at least our room location was.

Cons:

The bathroom door is not completely solid, it has slats so you can hear EVERYTHING going on in there. Plus one of our sink handles was broken. We still had the kitchen sink though so no big.

Good location but no balcony. Staff communication was excellent and very welcoming so had a good time overall.

Cons:

Also the AC was not working and the fan remote battery was down. For replacement, no response despite repeated calls to reception. Had to go myself to the reception and get it repaired. Also the room pretty small from what is shown in photos

The location, room sizes and staff make this hotel.
Pros:

It was individual in design and good location.
The staff are very helpful and well coming.
The guy that greets you and seems to help with lots of things around reception, cafe an entrance always has a smile and is thoughtful. He clearly loves his job and takes pride in making people feel welcome even if he doesn’t speak their language.

Cons:

After breakfast no food available just drinks.
Would have liked even a sandwich.
Not enough sun beds hand rails to get to roof top would be helpful with those stairs.

Cons:

Отель не соответствует 4 звездам . От силы 3 , грязное застиранное белье, с пятнами, рваные полотенца, от полотенец запах грязи. 2 дня просоли убрать , хотя бы заменить полотенца. Персонал мило улыбался , но ничего не делал. Но вершина этого отеля - мыло в душе в бутылке из под воды!!!!

Pros:

Lage vom Hotel ist perfekt. Der Ausblick ist sehr schön und man hat alles direkt Fußläufig zu erreichen.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - und harren Zoey, Ha Long und Dan Tuyen immer unterstützt.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig dadurch dass die Balkontüren nicht vollständig schließen und im Bad offene Fenster nach draußen sind - die Badtür ist auch nicht durchgehend geschlossen und man kann durchschauen/hören.
Frühstück reicht um satt zu werden aber ist nicht besonders.
