Good location but, overall fairly disappointed in the stay. We won't be back. Such a shame.
Pros:

The location where the hotel is situated is brilliant. Central to pretty much everything. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Staff friendly.

Cons:

The room we were in you had to go back outside the hotel (On the 6th floor) which made the room very cold. 1 very small radiator situated under the window, which didn't stay on for more than 10 minutes.

Room was very very dark. No light switches near the bed, so you have to turn them off near the kitchen then get into bed in complete darkness (Whilst trying to get around the furniture).

Between the hours of 8pm and 3am, all you can hear in the room is the night club below (We didn't realise this when we booked the hotel). Not helping the walls are paper thin, so we could hear everything next door were doing and also the room above us.

One very small detail which we thought was missed, there was absolutely zero tea or coffee facilities. Totally understand it is a 'self catering' apartment however just having a few tea bags, coffee capsules and some milk sachets wouldn't go a miss (Something even a Premier Inn provides)...

Jauka apmešanās vieta , kur izbaudīt Bergenu- pats centrs!
Pros:

Ideāla lokācija, pats Bergenas centrs

Cons:

Skaļums , protams, es biju nogurusi no pastaigām un ekskursijām ar draudzeni, un gulēju bet lejā ir koncertu telpa un jā, bija skaļi. Tāpat jocīgi ir tie gaismas slēdži. Vannas istabā prasījās labāka apdare grīdai, nu ja skatāmies cenas līmeni apartamentam.

Ikke bråk utenfor tross natt til søndag. Svært hyggelig, ungt personale. Rent og pent rom.

Cons:

Varmekablene på badet sto på fullt og det var vanskelig å justere. Badet ble en sauna, og vondt å gå pga svært varmt gulv.

Very central location to all sightseeings. Nice room and convenient to cook for yourself. Free laundry onsite is a plus!

Cons:

The check-in staff told us the check-in instruction was on the TV of our room, but it does not show any instructions and we couldn't find it anywhere, nor the staff came to help. We found the staff was frequently missing from the front desk. Had to call to find someone for help.
