Pros:

Localisation proche du centre sans l’être totalement. On est au calme. Chambre propre et grande. Bons équipements. Beaux espaces communs. Tout est bien réfléchi. La piscine et la salle de gym sont belles. De loin le meilleur rapport qualité prix que j’ai eu en Malaisie.

L’emplacement, le personnel

Cons:

L’isolation est problématique.
C’est un hôtel écologique donc nous n’avions pas d’eau à disposition (à part au robinet mais eau chaude). Ensuite, il n’y a qu’un rouleau de papier toilette mis à disposition (il faut en redemander à chaque fois)
Clim bruyante
La literie est à revoir
Il n’y a pas de lit double dans les chambres les plus spacieuses (ils colleront les lits)

Enjoy my stay here very much, feel at home!
Pros:

Love it booed for 2 nights but extended one more night. Location is very good -exclusive area I guess. Place is cosy and colorful. Good facilities. Staff are very polite and helpful. Will stay there again on my next return to Penang.

Cons:

Lucky I was offerred a room with outside view
(Some rooms windows facing opposite rooms, not so nice for me)

Relaxing stay and located in the heart of Georgetown.
Pros:

The breakfasts were provided by a third party, located adjacent to this hotel. There were 3 menu options available to choose from (2 continental & 1 local dish).
The room was nicely air-conditioned, the bathroom come with excellent brand of Ideology: shower gel, shampoo, body lotion.

Underrated gem.
Pros:

Rooms were excellent. Hotel facilities were really great and suited for the traveller of today.

Great hotel, good location, terrible breakfast which is not worth paying for

Interiors are cool. It’s very clean and comfortable. Pool area is great. Facilities on site are great.

Cons:

The breakfast was a joke. It is provided by the cafe next door, which is renowned for its breakfast and brunch options, so we were excited to have our breakfast there-but we were so angered and disappointed by the abysmal breakfast options available on the hotel guests menu and what we were served was shocking for the amount paid. Wish we had not paid the extra to have breakfast included as it completely ruined our experience of an otherwise lovely hotel. Measly, limited choice of 3 frankly pathetic meals. My son could only eat a croissant as he has allergies and there were no alternatives. We were served stone cold oats with a meagre addition of some banana and peanut butter. We were all still hungry immediately afterwards. The ‘long black coffee’ was a small, watery measure of something resembling an Americano. Really disappointed by this as it lets the hotel down massively.
