Perhaps the instructions about how to access the provided breakfast could have been clearer.

Despite there’s a “chill” place(communal lounge) in the hallway on every floor, but it was not air-conditioned. at first i thought the aircond was under maintenance but i dont see any centralized aircond of any kind on the ceiling. i dont think people will “chill” if it is too hot, especially if its hot season, no ventilation as well. The design of the lounge is quite nice too bad ppl wont use it.

The choice of rooms needs to have more variety, for instance, how can the square footage of the twin rooms (two single beds) be bigger than a room with queen sized bed. For parents with co-sleeping babies and toddlers, we need bigger rooms with queen or king bed and to fit in strollers etc. The twin beds(two single bed) room can even fit a couch but i can hardly fit my double stroller. I would recommend Ascott management to look into this matter. There should be an option for queen or king beds instead of only two single bed option.

The water inside the indoor pool was not clean and sticky..please do the regular maintenance and change the water pool for hygiene purposes and health.

Rooms were problematic. First room had leaking aircon and second room they changed us to had blinking lightbulbs which needed to be replaced. Odd aircon placement in the middle of the hallway meant it was freezing cold some parts and not as cold in other parts of the room.

Le petit déjeuner : il faut sortir pour aller le prendre dans un établissement voisin, pas très pratique. L’exiguïté des chambres, la déco est très chouette mais quel manque de place ! Et la salle de bain est à déconseiller aux personnes obèses. Le patio au centre de l’hôtel est très joli mais il implique un vis à vis qui oblige à fermer le store en permanence. La piscine est magnifique mais l’eau est froide ! Et enfin le plus grave : l’absence d’insonorisation des chambres, comment est-ce possible dans un hôtel aussi luxueux et aussi récent ? Les portes claquent violemment car les ralentisseurs sont mal réglés et on entend tout d’une chambre à l’autre (le téléphone qui sonne chez le voisin ou les fauteuils qui sont déplacés à l’étage du dessus), c’est vraiment dommage pour un bel hôtel comme celui là.
