It's very well located
I could be cleaner
The place was nice. The view was beautiful, although. Everything we needed was at the accommodation. Parking wasn’t right next to the accommodation, but just a little bit further away, which was only a minor inconvenience
There was quite a lot of trash on the ground behind the house, towards the sea.
Edificio quasi sul mare, di fronte ha anche un mini market ben fornito. Bagno spazioso e in stanza ci sono tutti i comfort.
Il parcheggio è in una strada vicina, anche se a vista.
Central location
The hotel is getting a bit old and could do with some tlc, metal fittings in bathroom rusty. Not a big deal but if I’m paying 100euros then it should be better. My room stank av smoke, not non-smoking as advertised

The position is great: less than 5 minutes walking from the seaside but in a more quiet area.
Staff very kind and available.
We stayed at Maracit Beach (literally under the apartment) and we paid 1000 lek for an un umbrella with two sunbeds.
We suggest to add a little lamp in the room.

Loved the views and location, it was very central. The owner/manager was a lively lady. One suggestion tea, coffee, and a kettle in the room and beach towels would be ideal. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Amazing seaside views. Walking distance to middle of himare.
It was very close to the beach, comfortable, clean and with a gorgeous view. The hostess was very friendly and she let us leave our luggage there, so we could enjoy our last day at the beach.

Amazing view of the gorgeous beach and lovely staff. Great that there is available parking just around the corner from the property.
The bed was really really soft and a bit sunken so we didn't get a great night sleep.
