It was comfortable and a decent price. I stayed for 3 days and I enjoyed the privacy and comfort.

Location was perfect for a trip to the ballfield! The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room was set up strangely. Not enough outlets. One side of the bed had a nightstand but no lamp or outlets. Sofa faced away from the TV. Nothing terrible, just inconvenient. Breakfast was just ok. Sausage gravy with no biscuits, only regular brewed coffee, decaf option was instant. Only fruit was apples.

Shockingly disgusting
Cons:

Mold-ridden bathroom, the entire place is falling apart, one of the rooms had a window into another random room next door, the breakfast was disgusting, people were blasting music outside the window all night, and on top of it the walls were paper thin and I could hear everything around me. I wasnt expecting much in this last-minute stay but this was the worst experience I have ever had.

Overall good but can get some improvements...
Pros:

The location, the amenities available.

Cons:

There is too early housekeeping call (9am, can be possibly pushed a bit later), and the noise can be overwhelming at times with the ice machine too close to the stay rooms. The mattresses can get an upgrade to a hybrid or completely memory foam.
