Need more improvement.
Pros:

Relatively cheap. Staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There is a smell of mold. The toilet bowl has no guard and cover. The butt touches the water when you sit. The soap and shampoo too little. Tv did not work. Internet weak especially in the room. Only half of the deposit was returned. I am still owed 500 pesos. No cabinet or shelves to put things.

You’ll be surprised to find out there’s no hot water until you see for yourself. The place also appears not well kept. The foyer smells as air doesn’t circulate.

It was a poor experience. There are probably better options at the same price range.
Pros:

The lady receptionists in the day were helpful and kind

Cons:

The water smelled rusty. Room had cockroaches. The receptionists during the night were not very helpful and attentive.

Great room but not a fan of climbing the stairs to the 3rd floor
Pros:

We got a huge and spacious room with kitchen sink (can't remember if there was a stove), refrigerator, dining table, and bedside table. It fits a group of 4-6 people.
The door got double lock.
It has 2 working windows too.
The bathroom was big as well with functioning flush and shower. Plus points for the towel rack!

Pro tip: Make sure to visit Iligan Night Market during weekends. They have the best lechon! 🤤

Cons:

The lady whom we first met was sullen, unsmiling, not accommodating. Maybe it's her personality but it's not good for business. She said the receptionist was on break when we arrived and asked us to wait.
There was no elevator, no security guard or bellboy who could assist us in bringing our stuff to the third floor. It's best to check with them if their first floor rooms are available before booking with them if you don't like the hassle.
The location is a bit away from the city which we didn't mind as we brought our motorcycle.

The stay was pleasant, but the cleanliness left much to be desired.
Pros:

The room was spacious, the AC worked perfectly, and the staff were incredibly friendly.

Cons:

There were no complimentary shower gel, shampoo, or toothbrush provided, and I was only given a single liter of water for my entire 5-night stay. The toilet was very dirty, and the room was not thoroughly cleaned, with numerous hairs left behind from the previous occupant. The towels and the bedsheets were also in poor condition.

The location was OK

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that we had two rooms and the one room had a broken toilet seat, which I told them about on the first night and the second date night it wasn’t fixed the door had a quarter inch gap all the way down with deadbolt chain, you could see him in the room and see out of the room. When I booked it on Booking.com, it told me it was a black Friday special 50% off and that was a lie. I paid regular price for that room.

wifi is very bad needs update high speed and only one staff who knows how to fix it we have to wait when he is on duty otherwise we can’t watch TV until he comes work

Tolerable for a short stay.
Pros:

It can be easily found in google map. The staff is friendly. Place is generally clean. Wifi is working. They have water bottle for refill outside the room. There is a small convenience store at the ground floor.

Cons:

The toilet assigned to me leaks so the floor is always wet. No rug was provided. The noise from the banging of the other rooms as well as loud voices of guests in the corridor can be heard. I was not provided soap.
