Overall it was nice and pleasant. The room is clean and all fixtures working well. Thank you host !
Pros:

Henry and Rocky are so helpful and always ready to assist when I needed something. Service was prompt and very good !

Cons:

The room curtains is not able to close completely. When you sleep the sunlight comes through especially the single bed which facing the window.

تجربة سئية جدة ولم اكررها مرة ثانية

لقد اقمت في هذه الشقق بالتحديد في الوحدة رقم A23-04 الطابق 23 في الفترة من نهاية اكتوبر الي منتصف نوفمبر 2025 ولقد تعرضت للابتزاز واخذ قيمة التامين 300 ريجنت ماليزي .
انهم يقومون بوضع ملايات واغطية بها بقع ومتسخه عن قصد ومن ثم يقولون انك من قمت بهذا حتي ياخذون منك مبلغ التامين فقط مع الاسف ولقد اخبرت المالك فور خروج مدبرة التنظيف المنزلي لديهم ان اغطية وملايات متسخة التي قامت بتغيرها وبها بقع رغم ان مدبرة قامت بتغيرها للتو مع الاسف .
لذلك احزرو جيداً من ذلك قمت بأرسال الصور التي تثبت ذلك لادارة بوكينج ودردشة واتس اب مع المالك حتي يتاخذو معهم الاجراء المناسب .

Unfortunately, it was a very wrong choice. The furniture was old and worn out, and the apartment smelled disgusting

I stayed in these apartments specifically in Unit No. A23-04, 23rd floor, from the end of October to mid-November 2025, and I was blackmailed and the security deposit was taken at 300 Malaysian regents.

They purposely place sheets and covers that have stains and are dirty, and then they say that you are the one who did this, so that they only take the security deposit from you, unfortunately. I informed the owner immediately after their house cleaning housekeeper left that the dirty covers and sheets that she changed had stains, even though the housekeeper had just changed them, unfortunately.

So guess carefully, I sent the pictures proving this to the Booking administration and a WhatsApp chat with the owner so that they would take the appropriate action with them for this deliberate fraud.

La taille de l'appartement, la vue à couper le souffle, la localisation très centrale, le propriétaire et la personne qui nous accueille sont très accessibles et arrangeants.

Cons:

L'appartement n'a pas été refait depuis longtemps et les traces d'usures sont bien présentes.
