Everything was dirty staff where rude rooms are terrible no working tvs mouldy food left in the draws and stains all over the bedding me and my wife refused to even stay there it was that bad

Door would not lock, while travelling with children not being able to secure the room made me very uneasy.
Stains on bathroom floor, grubby facilities, body hair in shower.
Bedding not fitted and came lose instantly, making for a very uncomfortable night.
Advertised as sound proof, I can assure you that it not, every word of the loud drunk group next door could be heard at 2am, every door seems to slam shut which can also be heard all through the night too.
Had to go to reception a few times to discuss the lack of WiFi, towels and toiletries, every time there was an angry guest complaining, one time I was there with my young children and had to walk away as the man was making threats and swearing at the staff.
Nothing, it was filthy. Bugs and cockroaches in the room.

It happened to be next door to a venue that we were attending, and it was the only reason why we chose this place.

Saw cockroach’s in bathroom and bulbs were missing from lamps
I was put in a very dirty room on my arrival to hotel. Apparently there was a couple on their wedding anniversary who stayed in the same room. There balloons and candles were still the room, the bathroom had not been cleaned. Empty shower gel and shampoo containers were still in bathroom. Very dirty sink with hair and glue used to repair the broken sink in the room. Stains in bathroom floor and bath itself. Couldn’t shut the windows, bathroom fan wouldn’t go off all night, the curtain pole fell off when I tried to open it in the morning. I asked to be moved to a different room the following day. There were bulb missing and light not working. There were exposed electrical cables in the room. Very nosy outside. The room was okay but still very dirty. Staff were very helpful. I will not be staying in this hotel again.
Dirty and badly maintained. Horrible place. Anyone staying there should read review first.
