Nice facility with smoke ridden room.
Pros:

Like these properties when I travel. Love the kitchen and fridge provided. Like everyone says bring everything you need for the kitchen. It's great if you do. First time staying at this one in Beaverton. This one was not as nice as the others I have stayed in.

Cons:

Unfortunately, although there is a non-smoking policy, this room stunk of cigarette smoke. I think the folks before me smoked in the room. I was on the 3rd floor and if I opened the window, I realized I was right above the smoking area in front of the hotel. Although I was high up, the smoke filtered right in. I figured it our after the first night when I woke to the smoke smell getting worse. It got worse throughout my stay. I told the front desk and he offered to move me to another room but I only had two nights left and I didn't want to repack everything. My clothes already stunk. Bottom line is that the room stunk, literally. I had to wash everything in my suitcase including my coats as soon as I got home. My wife confimed the strong smoke smell when I got home. I'm not that sensitive to smoke, but this was really bad.

Bring earplugs!
Pros:

It was very clean

Cons:

The place was cheap...top to bottom. From the thin walls, cheap windows, cheap bed frame and mattress-all of it! It was so loud in the room from the road noise that sleep was difficult. At one point the neighbor banged something and I swear they could have been in my room!

As a Suite hotel I did expect more. New build yet bare room
Pros:

It was new and clean

Cons:

As a suite hotel I would expect to find a coffee make in the room, some utensils and pots but no you have to pay extra for them. Plus no hand towels and a small shampoo for 2 people?

Affordable but it smelled bad
Pros:

New and friendly staff

Cons:

The thermostat fell off the wall when I went to turn the temp down. Looked like there were 4 holes in the wall trying to hang it straight In to Sheetrock. And the room smelled like cigarettes and cigars. Most of the hallway did to. Clothes smelled like it

Great price but…..
Pros:

This is a new hotel with minimum amenities. The room rate is literally 66 percent less than the average Portland, Oregon hotel. You get what you pay for though. Front desk staff was friendly.

Cons:

It appears I was billed 3 times. My credit card company’s internal software posted the correct charges 3 days latter. Some of the other guests had me concerned about personal safety. I asked for a statement of charges at check out. I was told that would be emailed to me in an hour. That did not happen.

Will stay here every time I’m in Beaverton!
Pros:

Closeness to the freeway. Having a ground floor room, because my friend is in a wheelchair. The staff is just wonderful and very helpful.

Awful!!! I won’t recommend this facility!!!!
Pros:

Location was great and the staff was very friendly and kind.

Cons:

The place smells like pot!!! The hall I stayed in smells like pot and cigarette smoke!!
I did report it and my room smell like pot as well. I was not asked if I wanted to change rooms. I stayed because you would charge me for the first night so I got febreeze room spray. You had to PAY for a premium WiFi to stream and you were limited devices. Do not provide basic kitchen supplies. I won’t recommend anyone to stay here!!!!
