I will stay here again next time and save money and enjoy how clean and new it is!
Pros:

There was no breakfast, just morning coffee and tea. But the full sized fridge and small kitchen was perfect for a 2+ week stay. They keep it simple and charge $100 less per night than places of similar purpose (long term stay). The other places have pots and pans and dishes… however I can buy a lot of things to use and still save lots of money. If I would have stayed where I normally stay, I would have paid almost $2000 more. This place was clean and simple and staff was all excellent!

Cons:

Less deodorizer in the halls (the rooms did not have any) …. It was a pleasant smell, but I like no scent.

If you want businesses in walking distance, there are no restaurants nor stores…

Nightmare from HELL !
Pros:

I lost half the sleep I needed up in a disability room trying to get rest on a week stay. Other people next to me with little to no common sense or moral compass on how to behave. Banged loud shit for hours starting at 5am every morning, smelled multiple drugs being used in the room next door and cigarette smoke from someone close to me on the 3rd floor it wasnt coming from the ground level outside where its smoking area

Clean, simple and comfy after a long day.

Cons:

Stayed for a week, states there is biweekly cleaning but during the week stay, no one ever went or offered to clean our room. So it stayed with the same bedding for a week. Stayed 7 days exactly.

It’s very clean place, We will come back again on our next visit to Beaverton
