Pros:

Kamar luas

Cons:

Kebersihan sangat buruk. Banyak debu dan ada kecoa. Ketika hujan bocor di beberapa bagian, sangat tidak nyaman. Tempat tidur kurang nyaman. Sabtu malam ada party, sangat berisik dan mengganggu. Harusnya kalau ada party tidak perlu menerima tamu untuk malam tersebut. Lokasi agak tersembunyi dan jalannya gelap di malam hari.
