If you do not arrive by 23:00 local time on your arrival date without previously advising the property, your reservation will be canceled and the total cost of the accommodations will be charged. Please note that cash is not accepted at the property. All payments must be made by credit, debit or EFTPOS card. Unless paying now, payment for entire stay and any incidentals are required upon arrival at the hotel. Card payments: Please note that there is a 1.66% charge when you pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay or JCB card. All bedrooms (excluding studio & mini suites) have a king-zipped bed that can be split into 2 single beds. Every three (3) days, your suite will receive an Express Service where we will make the beds with existing linen, replace towels, replace finished amenities, stack the dishwasher and empty the rubbish. For stays longer than 7 nights, your suite will receive a Full Service and be fully cleaned, including all linen changed once every seven (7) days. A valid ID must match the credit, debit or EFTPOS card upon check in. Please note that this property requires a credit, debit or EFTPOS card pre-authorization upon booking.

Please ensure your card has sufficient funds to ensure your reservation is secure. A bond is also required at check-in. The bond will be refunded upon departure. 너무 만족스러운 숙소

넓고 쾌적하고 빨래도 가능하고 요리도 가능하고 요청하면 왠만한것들은 다 되고 직원들 친절합니다.
일단 넓음에서 주는 여유와 테라스에서 바람을 맞을수 있다라는게 너무 좋았어요.

Современные апартаменты в деловом центре Сиднея, до продуктового и станции метро пешком 10 минут. Удачное место, чтобы исследовать все значимые места города.
Все новое и чистое, из плюсов - наличие стиральной машины и сушилки, утюг и гладильная доска также на месте. Интернет работал хорошо.
Огромный плюс, что при заселении не просили оставить депозит.
