More than a hotel—spotless, comfortable, well-equipped, with fantastic facilities and friendly staff
Pros:

More than just a hotel! A full kitchen, spotless and incredibly comfortable. The pool and sauna were an extra bonus, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. We loved our stay!

A well equipped suite located in the heart of the city
Pros:

The central location makes everything accessible. A very well furnished modern suite with a living cum dining. The stay was very comfortable and the laundry and kitchenette were an added bonus.

Best hotel choice I've made so far for a leisure trip
Pros:

It's a lovely place to stay. The rooms had good natural light during daytime. The bed and pillows were good, and all furniture and appliances in the room were of high quality and were selected with good taste. We felt good inviting friends for a catch up in our room because it was spacious and had a small lounge area. The entire hotel was very clean. We loved unwinding in the spa. Staff service was great. I requested for a bath rubber mat because the shower floor was slippery. They initially couldn't find one but after a couple of hours brought one to our room. They might have bought it. Location is also fantastic; just a 10-minute walk to Darling Harbour attractions and a 10-minute walk to Town Hall Railway Station. We were also able to leave our luggage at reception after check-out for pick up later when we were ready to go to the airport. How convenient!
