Splendidi 4 giorni a Sydney
Pros:

Ottima posizione centrale, ci siamo spostati sempre a piedi. Camera silenziosa, spaziosa confortevole con angolo cucina ben attrezzata. Letto comodo. All round it was a great experience.
Pros:

Location was great! Room had everything we needed. Staff were amazing

Cons:

We found the bed too firm for us. The towels were small and like cheap Kmart towels. The shower water came out and flooded the bathroom a bit. No room service

Great CBD Stay
Pros:

Right in the heart of the city, just a few minutes’ walk from Town Hall and Darling Harbour, this hotel is in the perfect location. It offers fantastic value for money, with an incredibly comfortable bed and some of the friendliest staff we’ve come across. We stayed for a week and it truly felt like a home away from home. The views of the city from the balcony were absolutely stunning. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Customer service from the booked Finnish girl was amazing but room was not pleasant at all

room was a disaster, felt like i was in a formula 66 room, very disappointing, you want to feel like you are in a nice hotel room but we were given a room on level 3 with a patio to concrete walls, the decor wasn’t pleasant and didn’t feel like we were staying in a nice hotel. I did go down to request a new room and an amazing girl at the desk (Blonde from Finland) had amazing service and offered us a new room which i appreciate, just not sure why that was not given to us originally, especially as we have stayed at this hotel multiple times and was looking forward to a luxurious stay .. the room we were originally given should not be available tbh

The room is equipped with a kitchenette and fridge. The room we had was fairly spacious.

Cons:

For the price of the property, there were some things I would expect as part of a hotel that we didn’t receive. For example, there were no face towels, towels were not replaced daily, the room was not made/bed made daily, no bathrobes or slippers (had to pay extra for this), they didn’t replace body wash, shampoo etc and there was no luggage storage that was off the ground (had to have suitcases on the ground). I would expect more for a hotel in Sydney.
