Calidad precio buena, mala organización
Pros:

Contaba con piscina. Las habitaciones eran amplias. Había aparcamiento suficiente, y cuando estuvo lleno el personal nos guió para dejar el coche en otra parte del recinto. El desayuno estaba relativamente bien por el precio, tipo buffet

Cons:

Nos dieron las habitaciones con 1 hora de retraso. Íbamos para una boda. Eran las 16:00 y seguimos sin habitación, a pesar de tener prisa. Nos dijeron que la chica de la limpieza no podía ir más rápida, pero entiendo que eso debe solventarlo el hotel

Pésimo, fotos engañosas

Todo. Nada que ver las fotos que publican con la realidad que hay cuando llegas allí, y para muestra un botón que se pueden ver en las fotos (solo me deja subir 4 fotos pero hicimos más, porque alucinamos). La chica de recepción fue súper amable, Noelia, y nos enseñó otra habitación por si nos gustaba más pero era igual de pésima que la primera donde la limpieza brilla por su ausencia, faltaban mesitas d noche y lámparas, no había lámpara sino una cortina amarilla y el lavabo y grifo sucios y llenos de cal y moscas de humedad, y el suelo… mejor no hablamos. Pusimos una hoja de reclamaciones (que el director del hotel dio orden de no firmar a las chicas de recepción bajo el pretexto de que como no nos quedábamos, nos devolvían el dinero y entonces no procedía la hoja de reclamaciones). Efectivamente, nos fuimos para no volver nunca más.

Servicio de habitaciones sábanas sucias no hacen las habitaciones suciedad mesitas quemadas cuando claramente pone que no se puede fumar baño anticuado no dispone ni de secador y en el anuncio pone que lo tiene el aire acondicionado no tira aire caliente

Doe geen moeite om hier te boeken.
Wij hadden een enorm verouderde kamer met een hele vieze badkamer, het stonk vreselijk in de kamer en de airco leek op te stijgen zoveel lawaai. Het bed was oké maar wat een vreselijke kamers. Wij boeke regelmatig doorreis hotels maar deze nooit meer
