Furniture is modern, comfortable place, bed is good. Quick check in if you do everything online. As they lack local staff, depending on the type of issue you face and the recognition of that being their fault (and your perseverance showing them their fault), they can accommodate relocating you to another room based on availability.

Cons:

Online staff not well trained on customer service. No clear instructions on room cleaning and towel services. Difficult to get services resolved on the same day as there is no local staff and contact is all via messages. Shower/bathroom needs deep cleaning.

A comunicacao e da pior possivel
Cheguei mto tarde no hotel e nao tinha a acomodação
Disseram que nao tinha mandado a documentação quando ja tinha enviado umas 10 vezes
Nao reconendo a ninguém
Tudo é bom, so nao a comunicação que e de extrema necessidade.

Apartamento confortável, localização boa.

Cons:

Bastante barulho da rua, e o pior foi que na nossa última noite o prédio ficou sem água, não tinha nem pra escovar os dentes. Solicitamos a troca de acomodação e nos enviaram pra outro prédio administrado pela Charlie, no entanto ficamos 15 minutos na rua, à meia noite, em plena SP, com nossas malas, sem que nos deixassem entrar no prédio. Depois disso tivemos que ir para outro hotel por nossa própria conta.

Fiquei uma hora na frente do local tentando enviar e ligar pedindo ajuda.
E até o momento não se manifestou para me reembolsar!
Triste pois a pessoa que me indicou falou bem da acomodação.

It was a good experience, but there's room for improvement.

The room is very comfortable.

Cons:

Communication with the staff is terrible, and they use artificial intelligence, which I hate. When I arrived, my registration wasn’t ready, and I had to wait about 20 minutes to get into the building, which meant I was late for an online meeting.
The kitchen isn’t functional and lacks the basics to operate. If you’re thinking of cooking, like I was, you’re better off ordering food. There aren’t even the basics for cooking... just enough to eat, and not even that.
