Pros:

Ok, so. Good things first, the hotel was well located, 2 minutes from the T1 tramway, in a bustling area near a beautiful mosque, Grand Bazaar, restaurants (but you don't feel like you're in a touristy place).

The personnel was friendly, helpful, smiling and accommodating, so absolutely no issue here.

To be clear, it was still a correct stay for the price, I wouldn't really complain, but it was a bit shoddy.

Cons:

However, it was not mentioned at the time of booking that we would have a basement room. That means no possibility to open the windows, lights all around the night. Humidity either from the building or from the bathroom. There were ants in said bathroom. The toilet seat was broken, the towels were clean but really really old. And the fridge has the most foul odor ever.

A stunning place in the heart of Istanbul
Pros:

We loved everything! Location, cleanliness, design and very helpful staff (Can and his other colleague). Plus it is a great value for money which is a surprise in Istanbul which in most places is overpriced. Absolutely fantastic little hotel!

Cons:

Nothing! It’s a gem!

Maybe I would stop supplying mini products and instead offered soap/shampoo/conditioner reusable containers for a full sustainability.

Pros:

Amazing room with sea view both from the balcony and shared terrace upstairs. Very helpful staff who gave us so many great recommendations. Buzzing area. Excellent value for money.

Pros:

Truly nice decoreted and cozy room with a sea view from the balcony. Hotel is settled in local busy area full of manufactures and wholesalers, but not far to main turist spots in Sultanahmet or elsewhere. Nearby local eateries have reasonable prices. That accommodation was good choice.

Cons:

There wasn't a microwave in the room as it was in the room description. Other don't know...
