Cheap and dated but i guess expected standard for the price

The staff were great, very friendly and helpful, the pools are nice too, and the location is excellent

Cons:

The rooms are very dated, the towels are frayed, had ripped duvet covers or holes in them, the bathrooms aren’t particularly nice and the shower runs hot and cold, the air con I don’t think really worked properly at all!

Nur noch lieblos und abgewohnt! Schade für so eine Anlage!
Pros:

Wir waren vor 3 Jahren das letzte mal im selben Zimmer 703 und auch wenn es in die Jahre gekommen ist, hat uns die Lage der Deluxe Zimmer ab 61€ per Nacht sehr gut gefallen.
Der Pool ist ist das beste und die Lage zum Strand und der Center die in ein paar Minuten erreichbar sind. Auch das einige Reklamationen umgesetzt wurden ,auch wenn es mehrmals angesprochen werden musste wie defekte oder Probleme ist lobenswert.

Cons:

Es hat sich nichts verändert es riecht immer noch in den Bädern auch in den anderen Zimmern wie wir hörten . Die Matratzen sind sehr hart ,was man mögen muss oder es aushalten sollte. Nach 6 Nächten war diesmal Schluß .
Mir hat nicht gefallen das es kein Frühstück gibt bzw.nicht einmal Geschirr und Besteck gab ,da die Gastronomie geschlossen ist. Einen Kaffee an der Bar konnte man nicht trinken.Es wurde immer frühzeitig das Zimmer gereinigt von einer sehr engagierten Mitarbeiterin, aber leider nur sehr oberflächlich und so wurde die Dusche oder Flächen nicht abgewischt oder gereinigt, aber es wurde immer ein Mittel verwendet was Gerüche überlagert und so aufdringlich riecht. Ok besser als Gestank dachte ich dann. Die Handtücher Pooltücher und auch die Grünanlage der Pool mit defekten Kacheln , das der Kühlschrank vereist war, das die Beleuchtung die schon gerade im Bad zu Dunkel ist dann im Zimmer teilweise erst repariert werden musste.
Wir hatten vor 22 Tage dort zu verbringen sind nun aber umgezogen eine Straße weiter und habe eben den Pool auf dem Dach ,aber dafür ein sauberes und moderneres Zimmer und dort auch für weniger Frühstück inklusive was wir nicht überbewerten gerade in Thailand, aber es ist eben dabei.

Das Hotel ist alt, es war zwar sauber aber man sieht dem Zimmer das Alter an. Die Aircon brauchte sehr lange um die eingestellte Temperatur von 25 Grad zu erreichen. Über eine Stunde! Kein Aufzug, nur Treppe. Da WiFi funktionierte auch nicht richtig, langsam und Aussetzer.
Ich war entäuscht!
Das Hotel ist zu teuer für das was man bekommt! Für 1800 Baht ohne Frühstück hatte ich mehr erwartet. Ich war in Pattaya schon in vielen Hotels die etliches günstigster waren aber weitaus mehr zu bieten hatten.

Das Hotel würde eine umfassende Renovierung benötigen. Im Prinzip ist es Abbruchreif.
Pros:

Frühstück wir im Restaurant gegenüber geholt! 4 Tische stehen bei der Bar zur Verfügung. Es gibt kein eigenes Restaurant. Die "Bar" welche nur Softdrinks und Bier ausschenkt ist bis 20 Uhr geöffnet!

Cons:

1. Ihre Beschreibung auf Booking.com ist falsch.
Es gibt keinen Bademantel, kein Teezubehör, kein Haartrockner. Alte, zerschlissene Handtücher und Badetücher. Wasserverlust beim WC.
Es gibt nur 2 Pools, keinen Pool auf dem Dach. Hotel ist sehr ringhörig.
