Pros:

Very good price but tiny suites. Which is not a negative, as one can't expect a penthouse for less than $100/night. Just a fact. If you're looking to save and ready to sacrifice some comfort, this can be an option.

Cons:

The beds are very stiff. Like sleeping on a piece of wood. Maybe it's more common in Japan but I'm not really used to it and I can't say it felt comfortable. I haven't experienced it in other inexpensive hotels either.

Pros:

The location is really good, not far from the train station and its shops and restaurants, and also not far from the castle. Inside the hotel, everything looked clean and well kept. Our twin beds were large and very firm, we slept well!

The staff was friendly and helpful, they helped us ship our luggage to a hotel in Shizuoka, so we could travel lighter while on a 2 night stay in Izu. We knew the luggage was in good hands, they even called the destination hotel to confirm they could receive it.

Lo único bueno es la ubicación

Cons:

La peor cama en la que he dormido en un hotel de Japón. Nos levantamos con dolor de espalda de lo dura que era. El desayuno muy flojo.
