東横インがどうのと言うより、お前のとこ、おかしいんとちゃう？　到着時間に「０：００～１：００」の選択肢を示しておいて、「無効なリクエストです」ってメールしてくるのはキチガイざたじゃ！　で俺が「もう１時間ぐらいなら早められるかも」って返事したら、その返事はなし、やんけ！
東横インにその事を告げたら、すべてＢＯＯＫＩＮ。ＣＯＭ側のシステム仕様なので、私たちは何ともできない！という回答やったぞ！

Pros:

The room was nice and comfortable, free coffee downstairs and very close to the main train station. Good base for Hakone and we also spent a day on the rocky beach, which was very nice and non-touristy. Breakfast had a great variety of Japanese-only stuff, but the space was a bit cramped to fit in (but again, you are in Japan)

Cons:

The hotel is a business hotel, so expect less of an atmosphere.
