Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel. La gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel ont été remarquables. Un merci tout particulier à Issam pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité.
La propreté de l'hôtel était impeccable et les animations ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous avons également adoré la vue imprenable sur Chefchaouen.
Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Good location in old town, but eat elsewhere.
Pros:

Inside the old town, but right next to a gate in the city wall, so cars can pull right up to the entrance. Staff super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

No elevator. Dinner was bland and unimaginative, and the live music was far, far too loud. Doesn’t serve alcohol. Room cleaning only done on demand (fine once you know that).

Beautiful, serene property with a great view
Pros:

The PLACE TO BE in Chefchauen - great Service, cool Design
Pros:

Nice Design Hotel with very friendly staff. Top location with great view on the Medina and only a 5 min walk away. Super rooftop bar with again very helpful staff. Quiet room, comfortable bed.

Cons:

We almost missed out the great rooftop bar because they forgot to tell us about it …

The hotel was beautiful, but the surrounding area made us not want to return.
Pros:

The room was clean and offered a beautiful view of the city. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very attentive, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

Cons:

However, our overall experience was affected by the surrounding area. There was a very strong unpleasant smell from nearby donkeys, and the walk down to the medina felt dirty and uncomfortable due to trash and unclean streets.

A hotel with a beautiful view overlooking the blue city.
Pros:

The location was the best thing about this hotel. How it overlooks this mesmerizing beautiful city. There’s a rooftop restaurant which I recommend.

The staff were hospital, especially Adel. Very helpful!

Cons:

The rooms were mediocre, the bathrooms definitely need renovation. It lacks toiletries, cleanliness, and enough towels.
