Wow. Séjour exceptionnel. Nous recommandons sans hésiter

Séjour exceptionnel ! L’hôtel est idéalement situé, avec un cadre magnifique et très bien entretenu. Les chambres sont propres, spacieuses et confortables, offrant tout le nécessaire pour se sentir comme chez soi.
Le personnel est accueillant, professionnel et toujours disponible. Le service est irréprochable, et les repas sont délicieux avec un bon choix de plats.

Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement pour un séjour agréable et relaxant.

プールもゆったりとして眺めがいい。

Cons:

空港からのタクシーを予約していたけど、タクシーが来ていなかった。結局３０分も待つ羽目になり、他のタクシーに乗った。
連絡がうまくいかない。返事が遅い。
ハマムはマッサージを受けないと使えない。この説明が曖昧すぎた。
一回のフローシングの音が響くので、雑音にデリケートだと辛いかも。

Bel hôtel qui jouit d’une magnifique situation. Accueil remarquable !
Pros:

L’accueil était très chaleureux. Le personnel est accueillant est fait le maximum pour notre confort et notre bien-être. La situation est vraiment idéale. L’hôtel domine la ville bleue. On rejoint sa place animée en 10’ et le souk est à 5’.
Le restaurant offre une magnifique vue sur la ville ainsi que notre chambre côté ville. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et propose un choix varié de très bonnes choses ! Le parking est à 2’ à pied et le personnel se charge de vos bagages. La chambre était très propre ainsi que toute l’infrastructure.

Breakfast and dinner were true Highlights—excellent and delicious. The waiter Adil described the dishes wonderfully and with great enthusiasm. Restaurant Manager Moeniss, together with his team, including Hatim and Hicham, is doing an outstanding job. A very friendly and professional crew.

Beautiful hotel with amazing facilities
Pros:

From arrival to departure everything was great, the location is good, close to the main tourist streets, shops and restaurants, the hotel facilities are amazing, we loved the pool with the view. The breakfast was delicious and whatever we requested was brought to us. The restaurant is also open for dinner and there is a rooftop with a beautiful view of Chefchaouen. Staff is very helpful and always there for anything you might need.

Cons:

Everything was perfect but if you have trouble walking up and down many stairs then this might not be the best location for you

Everything was best about the Taj. Great location, very accommodating staff, lovely food and what a view !!

Un grand merci pour votre accueil chaleureux et votre professionnalisme. Nous avons été reçus avec du thé et des pâtisseries marocaines dans une ambiance conviviale. La chambre était spacieuse, le lit très confortable, avec une vue imprenable sur les montagnes et la nature environnante. J’ai beaucoup aimé cet endroit, le séjour était très agréable. Je reviendrai sans hésiter très bientôt
