Pros:

Arredamento e vista cittá

Cons:

Servizio spa orribile, hammam non riscaldata prima del servizio e iñ mio ragazzo ha fatto mezzora meno dk hammam, il massaggio doveva essere di coppia e lo hanno fatto singolarmente e uno ha dovito aspettare l’altro 45 minuti, yacuzzi chiesta a 40 gradi e ce l’hanno data fredda.

In short, the TAJ HOTEL, Chefchouan Morocco was a 5 star experience!
Pros:

It was beautifully decorated with exceptional views over the Blue City; It also had excellent facilities, heated pool, hot tub, work out equipment.
The meals including breakfast were exceptional…. beautifully presented, inventive, substantial and delicious.
The staff were professional, friendly and attentive.

Pros:

Отель действительно очень красивый, номер просторный, красивая мебель. Кровать относительно-удобная. Прекрасный вид на горы и самая высокая точка города.

Cons:

Посещение тренажерного зала при отеле платное.
Ресторан не работал во время ужина.
Не корректно предоставлена инфлрмация относительно SPA процедур - мы взяли парную программу с мужем (хаммам + массаж), на нас двоих был только один сотрудник, что при хаммаме еще было как то терпимо, а вот ждать сидеть час пока одному делают массаж - это не допустимо. Мы были вынуждены отказаться от массажа.

Pros:

Lovely, stylish, comfortable hotel at the top of Chefchaouen with great views over the old town. Our room was upgraded to a junior suite which was spacious and comfortable, with lovely bathroom facilities. We opted to have a Hamam + back massage treatment at the spa which was excellent and the masseuse was able to adapt the treatments considering I am pregnant which was great. Would highly recommend.
Food at breakfast was very nice as was the restaurant - less competitively priced than other places in Morocco but not compared with other places in Chefchaouen.
Staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our stay

Cons:

It wasn't an issue for us, but this hotel would be potentially difficult for anyone with mobility problems as it is right at the top of Chefchaouen town so lots of steps to get up and down to the Medina and also within the hotel itself

Pros:

Wir hatten eine super Zeit im Hotel und in Chefchaouen. Die Lage war perfekt. Man konnte direkt in die Altstadt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders Hatim war sehr nett und hat uns viel über Marokko erzählt. Auch sein Kollege Moeniss war sehr freundlich und hat uns super beim Frühstück bedient. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet mit wunderbaren Blick über Chefchaouen. Wir können das Hotel empfehlen.

The best in Morocco
Pros:

Everything ,the staff and I mean all the staff let you feel you are a part of the family. The food ,the spa, the location everything is what they call 5 star service
My sincere respect to the architecture of such place

Abysmal customer service!! Sleep in your car before staying here!
Cons:

This hotel ripped us off, which included charging us for a three-night stay when we were not even in the country. When we asked to speak to the manager / owner, Naima, we were told she was unavailable but that she would would ring us. She never did. We rang and wrote to the hotel on several occasions and the manager was never available to resolve our complaint.
We also found the room to be a bit dirty, some of the gym equipment was faulty and on one morning we had to wait one hour after the commencement of the breakfast service for the staff to turn up!

Un séjour agréable malgré un accueil initial décevant
Pros:

J’ai passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel était globalement très accueillant et chaleureux, ce qui a grandement contribué à l’ambiance conviviale, malgré une mauvaise expérience isolée avec un membre du staff. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la décoration soignée, qui apporte beaucoup de charme au lieu, ainsi que la vue magnifique sur les montagnes. La chambre était impeccable, propre et confortable.

Cons:

Cependant, je me dois de signaler une expérience extrêmement désagréable dès notre arrivée, avec un membre du personnel dont l’attitude a été exécrable. Alors que je posais une question tout à fait légitime, il s’est permis de rire au nez, avant d’adopter un ton condescendant et de rejeter toute responsabilité, comme si le malaise venait uniquement de moi.
Étant d’un tempérament naturellement calme et réservé, je regrette d’avoir été poussé à perdre mon sang-froid face à une telle impolitesse. Ce moment a été d’autant plus frustrant qu’il contrastait totalement avec l’accueil reçu par le reste de l’équipe.
J’ose espérer qu’il s’agit d’un cas isolé, et je n’ose imaginer qu’il puisse y avoir des motivations discriminatoires derrière cette attitude. Un tel comportement n’a pas sa place dans un établissement hôtelier. Malgré cela, je garde une image globalement positive de l’établissement, mais j’invite la direction à être plus vigilante sur la qualité de l’accueil pour garantir à tous les clients un traitement respectueux et équitable.

Séjour, inoubliable personnel au top, qui ont pris soin de notre enfant, qui avait un an et demi
Pros:

L’hôtel est magnifique, nous avons passé un moment inoubliable. Le personnel était aux petits soins avec nous. Les chambres sont magnifiques La piscine est au top avec un beau paysage en fond. La terrasse est très belle.
