Vue incroyable et très beau panorama
Pros:

La vue est exceptionnelle, on domine vraiment toute la ville de Chefchaouen. Le personnel est souriant et parfaitement bilingue. La descente à pied vers la place centrale est aisée par contre, privilégiez un taxi pour le retour, entre 15 et 10 dhrs. Les chambres sont très propres et bien décorées, pour certaines, la vue sur Chefchaouen est incroyable. Les services SPA et Hammam sont au top et parfait avant ou après les balades dans la ville. Le roof top est magique, vue 360. Buffet petit-déjeuner copieux et varié, très bons jus. La déco de l'hôtel est très recherchée et nous avons eu droit au thé et gâteaux de bienvenue.

Cons:

Il manque juste un ascenseur. Apparemment, c'est en prévision.

From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional, always greeting me with a smile and happy to answer any questions or help with recommendations. The hotel is beautifully designed with traditional Moroccan décor, creating such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. My room was spotless every day, very comfortable, and housekeeping did an outstanding job. I appreciated receiving fresh bottled water daily, and the laundry service was convenient and well done. The rooftop was one of my favorite parts of the hotel, with beautiful views, delicious food and drinks, and live music that created an unforgettable atmosphere. I even had the chance to watch a Moroccan soccer match there, which made my stay even more special. I stayed five nights and honestly wish I could have stayed longer. This was by far my favorite hotel during my three-week trip through Morocco. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Chefchaouen.

Pros:

L accueil très prévenant de Chifae qui a été très gentilles ! La musique lors du repas du soir sur le toit terrasse à ne pas manquer !

Cons:

Dans les chambres pour trois personnes le canapé lit n est pas préparé !
