“Pleasant Staff, Facilities Need Upgrade
Pros:

The staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. They also arranged another room for us, and I really appreciated their efforts

Cons:

Some rooms did not have proper hot water, and a few bathroom sinks were blocked, which needs improvement
