Breve weekend di relax , ottima la struttura , con qualche accortezza in più sarebbe top!

Staff cortese , cibo ottimo ,pulizia ovunque anche nella spa ( piscina piccolina ma carina)

Cons:

Cuscini da rivedere perché sono di qualità inferiore rispetto al resto dell’hotel, consiglio uno shampoo con balsamo/ conditioner perché se hai i capelli lunghi quello offerto non aiuta a districarli minimamente anzi ! Un kit cortesia leggermente più fornito .

Sport, détente, gastronomie et découvertes assurés …
Pros:

Excellent buffet de petit déjeuner dans un beau cadre avec un personnel souriant et aux petits soins des clients. Le dîner de la 1/2 pension était en tout point exceptionnel
Belle chambre et superbes équipements sportifs et de détente ( belle piscine extérieure très bien chauffée, superbe salle de sport et spa ….)

Pros:

The kitchen was exceptional. The overall quality of the hotel, amenities were great.

Cons:

The personnel didn't have our booking in their system when we arrived. Even though someone was replying to my messages on Booking.com after the booking was placed, they were quite aware of this booking. When we arrived, they basically blamed Booking.com for allowing us to make a reservation.
They offered to move us to a cheaper hotel (no price adjustment), which was not what we wanted. In the end, they moved us to a smaller, worse room with a way worse bathroom for the last night, framing it as our decision for declining to switch properties.
No price compensation was offered due to a room change. Only a 19EUR bottle of wine, which is ok, I guess, but definitely doesn't cover the price difference for the rooms. And even the wine was offered when I started demonstrating my annoyance caused by their lack of responsibility and negligence when they told us that the smaller room is basically our own decision, which is not something you'd expect when you pay 400EUR+/night near Christmas.

One more thing I personally found weird, but it should not be treated as strong negative feedback here (I'm not that aware of the rules in restaurants in Italy near the Austrian border) - no free water during dinner. You basically have to pay 4-10 EUR each evening to drink water. In my opinion, this is kind of absurd, because you have free water during breakfast. Maybe we should have explicitly asked for just regular tap water, I don't know.

Un posto dove ritrovare serenità con una cucina a 4 stelle!
Pros:

Posizione ideale per tante escursione in un paesaggio bellissimo. La piscina merita una menzione.

Cons:

Sarebbe necessario attrezzare meglio la sala giochi per i bambini.
