Calidad precio mal, por un apartamento pequeño oscuro y deprimente

La estancia no ha sido satisfactoria. El alojamiento me costó 85 euros y resultó ser un espacio muy pequeño, aparentemente dividido dentro de un piso mediante estructuras de madera, lo que hacía que el aislamiento acústico fuera prácticamente inexistente. Se escuchaba todo lo que ocurría en las habitaciones superiores, incluso los pasos, llegando a despertarme durante la noche, a pesar de no ser una persona que se despierte fácilmente. Además, la habitación estaba situada junto a la cocina y el baño comunes, lo que provocaba mucho ruido por parte de otros huéspedes, que utilizaban las instalaciones sin tener en cuenta al resto. También intenté contactar en varias ocasiones con el número facilitado por el alojamiento sin obtener respuesta. A esto se suma que la ubicación indicada en el perfil llevaba a un lugar incorrecto a unos 20 minutos, sin que se me avisara previamente, teniendo que preguntar una vez ya estaba allí.

Per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato, mi è sembrato troppo rispetto a ciò che avevamo. Tra l'altro la stanza non era pulita, il bagno che era condiviso, faceva una puzza di umidità incredibile.

Techos bajísimos, paredes con humedades, puertas que no cierran y también tienes que utilizar demasiada fuerza para abrirlas, falta de limpieza, me encontre una cucaracha en mi habitación.

Además de que se escucha absolutamente todo (inquilinos haciendo ruido a las 2 de la mañana dejándome sin poder descansar)(ya os podeis imaginar que tipo de ruido).

La comunicación con el anfitrión era mínima, le tuve que llamar para que me respondiera ya que llevaba tiempo sin contestarme y me tenia que ir rápido. Se notaba el ambiente húmedo de la habitación sin aire acondicionado.

Si eres alto la cama se te quedará corta

Deceiving listing, unresponsive and impolite hosts, if you stay on the second floor “room” (attic turned into bedroom) be prepared to go up the narrowest and unsafest staircase. The steps are so steep you will genuinely risk hurting yourself & the door won’t fit your height if you are above 5’5. The door is also not even wide enough to fit a standard large luggage… see my photo. Don’t even ask how I got that luggage up I could’ve badly hurt myself and/ or damaged the bag. I specifically requested them for a ground floor room and they lied saying it was on the ground floor. There is no window in the room, meaning 0 ventilation, meaning if you use the toilet, for your entire stay your room will smell like the toilet. If you’re in one or the shared bathroom rooms, be prepared to use 1 toilet/ shower with up to 8 people. You’re better off at a hostel at that point. There is no insulation either so have fun hearing every single sound being made by the other housemates. Speaking of which, the listing states nowhere (at least at the time of my booking) that this is a SHARED accommodation; 1 apartment, 1 bathroom shared amongst 4 rooms & 1 private room with its own bathroom upstairs but main facilities are SHARED. The hosts are notorious for leaving people stranded during check in, I called and messaged 20+ times because I had been waiting for so long outside due to the lockbox not working, they responded 2 hours later with NO apology. The next day, I saw a couple going through the same issue except they weren’t even provided with check-in instructions. FYI; if you end up booking this nightmare of a place, make sure to message in advance for check in instructions. They will text them to you on Whatsapp as if they are texting a friend. Horribly unprofessional & not worth what they charge.

Un pequeño problema con el desague del baño, pero se pusieron en contacto de immediato con el fontanero para solucionarlo.

La habitación olía a cañería, humedad. Puerta de ventilación que daba a un ojo patio lleno de trapos mojados que olían mal y entraba el olor a la habitación. A la hora de dormir la luz de la cocina siempre está encendida y da a la habitación. No se puede descansar bien
