El personal atento y agradable
Que el aire acondicionado funciona mal ,al principio sale aire caliente pero después cambia a frío
Hubo varios cambios en el apartamento con respecto a las instalaciones que lo mejoraron, mis estancias siempre han sido muy agradables, la cercanía con el centro hace de ese apartamento una gran elección.

Se escucha la habitación de arriba los huéspedes dormir.
La habitación bien, colchón cómodo. Agua caliente de la ducha en 5-6 segundos. Hay cocina comunitaria con frigorífico nuevo y amplio. Está súper bien y cerca de la Alameda de Hércules.

The place is passable for short stays (2 days maximum) but for more trips it is uncomfortable.
The location is good for being out of the center and therefore quieter, reachable with different lines you can go to the bus station and Sevilla S.J. station. However, there are some things that need to be improved: first of all, each guest should have personal bathroom items and not shared with everyone (and in the bathroom who knows for how long). Have 1 complete set of towels, like 1 large, medium, small. Instead I received only one large for the entire stay, without replacement (did it have to be requested?).
The room has no light, no air passage (only for a window that gives to an internal closed space), and you can smell the damp smell due to the lack of light.
The room is on the ground floor and if there are guests in the room above (made as a mezzanine) you can hear every noise and who is talking, also if the room above turns on the light at night it lights up all the way down to the booked room and the room does not have a curtain.
The bathroom is almost always dirty, with a fairly old shower, doors that do not work, and open and worn toilet rolls who knows how long ago. The bathroom rugs are dirty and should be cleaned/changed more frequently.
Little air flow, no curtains, 24h air conditioning in the hall and it is dangerous because it is too cold, bathroom not in great condition, little respect for privacy/silence, no change of towels or room cleaning in 5 days...
La ubicación es ideal. Relación calidad precio es buena.
La habitación doble con baño privado, no es accesible para todo el mundo. Hay que subir unas escaleras súper incómodas.

Decía que tenía aire acondicionado, por ende aire caliente y no tenía ni calefacción ni aire, casi me congelo tanto por el día como la noche en pleno invierno.
