The stay was good but not great.

Cons:

Staff didn't speak English.
Light switches were annoyingly bright and blinking at night. Climate control didn't work.

The hotel rooms are basically fine, but...

Cons:

The climate control in my room didn't work. I set it to Heat mode and 30° but it stayed at 24°. By night time it got quite cold.
The light switches stayed lit at night time. However they were really bright and kept blinking. That was really annoying and kept me awake at night.
The receptionists didn't speak any English so it was hard to communicate to ask for any help.

Clean, friendly and good breakfast
Pros:

The staff are friendly and helpful. We are provided with a disabled friendly room with no additional charges. The breakfast is tasty and fruits served are fresh.

Cons:

Everthing is fine. Eventhough
West Lake is not located within a walking distance from the hotel, it is easy to get a Didi or taxi to reach.
