Staff are amazing and very attentive, rooms are so comfortable and clean with amazing beds and pillows. Location fantastic!!! So close to the bazar and blue mosque.

Good facility and proximity to tourist attractions

The hotel is in an excellent location—very close to the major attractions, which is a big plus. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable.
Unfortunately, the stay was seriously undermined by several repeated issues:
1) Extremely uncomfortable pillows
The pillows are very poor (synthetic filling/foam, not supportive, doesn’t adapt to head/neck) and caused neck pain. We stayed here before and already raised this, but nothing has changed.
2) Noise: not soundproof + disruptive morning housekeeping
The rooms are not soundproof at all, so corridor noise travels straight into the room. Housekeeping starts very early and is unnecessarily loud—banging equipment, slamming doors, talking outside rooms, and constant walkie-talkie beeping. On top of that, the door to a service/storage room squeaks loudly and repeatedly from early morning.
We had a small economy room that was extremely noisy—you could hear everything from the hallway and also from the courtyard, where loud motors from circulation pumps were running. It genuinely felt like a punishment. We couldn’t fall asleep properly even one night.
3) “High-speed internet” is misleading
The hotel advertises high-speed internet, but in reality it is not high-speed, which was disappointing.
4) Unprofessional / unpleasant moments
Before our arrival, we were offered an airport transfer at a higher price than the one later sent after we paid through Booking, which felt like an attempt to overcharge. Also, during a dispute with a taxi driver who tried to add an illegal “card fee” (in Turkey card surcharges are not allowed), the receptionist sided with the driver and tried to convince us the driver was right. He wasn’t, and I found this unprofessional.
5) Very inappropriate pressure to give a “perfect” Booking rating
At checkout, the receptionist repeatedly and rather unpleasantly insisted that we fill out a Booking.com review in front of him and rate the hotel as “excellent.” This is rude and unacceptable pressure on guests. Reviews should be voluntary and honest—without coercion.
