Two hours after my check in, one of the receptionist burst into my room without knocking the door which I found disturbing- the door couldn’t be locked. The room was not cleaned after the first night despite leaving the light on “make my room”, they left only a bath towel super old with holes bigger than the ozone hole and after the second night, they were kind to leave 2 decent towels but didn’t empty the rubbish bins and didn’t leave the mug to make a tea or left any tea and sugar. Terrible service which I reported to the staff when I did check out however, they were not concerned about the service they had provided but were more interested in putting pressure to do a review on the spot which I refused to do.
Emplacement parfait à 5min a pied de la mosquée bleue et St Sophie. Tout à proximité. La chambre est belle bien propre.
Le faite qu'on nous offre que 2 bouteilles d'eau au début du séjour et ensuite on doit les payer au prix fort dans le mini bar.
We had a wonderful stay at Bentley Hotel Old City. The entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. We originally booked a standard room, but when it wasn’t quite what we expected, the hotel kindly offered us an upgraded room for a very reasonable extra charge. The new room was spacious, comfortable, and had an amazing view – it made our stay even more special.
A special thank you to David, who took great care of us and made sure we were happy throughout our stay. We also want to thank Tuba, Metin, and Baran, who looked after the breakfast service every morning. They were always so friendly, warm, and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome.
We truly appreciated the excellent hospitality and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Nagyon jo helyen van, az Hagia Sophiatól és a Kék Mecsettől kevesebb, mint 500 méterre. Nagyon kényelmes és nagyon tiszta szobánk volt, figyelmess és segítőkész személyzettel.

Nous avons réservé pour une suite qui s'est avérée très bruyante car donnant sur la ligne de tram. On nous a déménagé sur une chambre deluxe...mais sans remboursement de la différence tarifaire!
Very clean, great location, ambient and high quality feel of the place
For the amount we paid it would be nice to get the fridge snacks and drinks as complementary. Also the extractor fan in the bathroom was not working, although the staff did offer to get it seen to the following morning
