Pros:

I loved it so much that I extended my stay for an additional 2 days. The staff were lovely and looked after me well. Would happy stay here over and over again when I’m back in Istanbul!

Relaxed experience
Pros:

The cleanliness and the design of the hotel. We had an issue with the ac being broken, they immediately solved the issue by moving as to another room swiftly. Staff are very helpful and friendly. They give good recommendations for restaurants as well. Love the location very easy to get to tourist sites

Cons:

I feel the selection for the breakfast buffet could have more options. I also preferred the layout of the new room 112 over 211

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Bentley Hotel in Istanbul. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything I needed.

A special thank you to David, who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help with any questions or requests really stood out and made me feel genuinely welcomed.

I would happily stay here again and highly recommend Bentley Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. Thank you to the entire team for a fantastic experience!

Great hotel in a central location

Would highly recommend the Bentley to anyone looking for a reasonably priced 5 star hotel in the heart of Istanbul
Pros:

Very well located in the heart of the Old Town, close to shops ,restaurants and tramway

Cons:

We had no complaints. The staff, especially Can at Reception and Emine who ensured our room was very well cleaned, were very friendly and helpful.

Nice, neat and clean hotel in a good location.
Pros:

Great location. Nice, clean, and neat hotel. Friendly staff, helpful. Good breakfast, just enough range for a quick and short stay in the city. Clean and quiet.

Cons:

Rooms are a little dark if you don't have much natural light coming in, which was the case in our room.
