Att det låg på promenades des anglais
Vi hade bokat tre rum i en natt(utan frukost) för totalt 15000 så jag förväntade mig mycket! Ena rummets AC funkade inte, andra rummets AC lät otroligt högt. Tredje rummet var ok, lyxigt med balkong men det var fågelbajs överallt! Vi fick byta ett av rummen men AC:n funkade inte där heller, då klockan var väldigt sent så fick vi ändå sova i det ”nya” rummet! Vi fick prata med ansvarig på hotellet som ändå mötte oss och vi fick en liten kompensation.
Frukost var inte mer än ok!

La ubicación me gustó, era muy cerca de todo y está al frente de la playa. Las habitaciones me parecieron muy amplias y el baño también.
El desayuno demasiado regular, no había variedad. El desayuno era hasta las 10:30 am y a las 9 am ya se habían acabado muchas cosas, y no las reemplazaban. Las toallas para la playa tenían un costo adicional de 5 euros cada vez que se pidieran prestadas.
Location was perfect on the promenade/beach and walkable to old Nice.
Only one thing. No gym.
A wonderful quiet hotel with a delicious breakfast and a spacious room. The location is also very good - 5 minutes to the beach and close to the city center. Our room was on the 4th floor with a view of the city, it was not a sunny side and we didn't even use the air conditioning, because the room didn't get hot even in the heat. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Some room for improvement- the elevator door was filthy, the bathroom needs some maintenance, and general appearance of hotel could use some upkeep.
Struttura accogliente, con ampi spazi comuni. Posizione ottima. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Breakfast vario e abbondante.
La struttura andrebbe solo un po' rinnovata in alcune parti.
