Far from Good. Buck up please !

1. Room too narrow/congested.
2. Staff could be a lot better in service quality and lacking in anticipation.
3. Long line for check in. Poor management. Waited 40min.

Overall is good except for breakfast
Pros:

The hotel ambience amd nice smell when step in the hotel especially during check in time. Staff was helpful and friendly. Will stay here again for next trip. Room was clean and as well bathroom was spacious.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet was dissappointed. Good was not cover properly. Limited choice and will not pay for breakfast buffet anymore. Bread toaster always stucked at the inner tray.

2nd visit after 13 years ago with my children. Clean, peaceful, quiet, well maintained facilities. Pools lovely.......small pool for children & adult pool.
