Pros:

位置去西湖还是比较方便的。

Cons:

房间有一股不太好闻的“怪味”，不知道是地板清洁液的问题，还是通风不畅导致。而且空调是中央空调，太热了，却不能调节，以至于只能关掉，然后开窗透气。客服也有表示，可以第二日给我们换个房间，但也一样是中央空调的房间，我们就不想折腾了。
另外，这次是跟朋友一起来玩的，发生了一件不太愉快的事，朋友的项链落在汉服拍照的店铺里，然后让美团闪送送到前台，闪送跟我们电话确认送到了，朋友也特意交代了前台帮忙收着。没想到，居然被前台当做“垃圾”扔掉了。这确实是需要批评的，我们也没想到，亚朵的管理居然可以发生这样的“失误”，前台明明知道是客人的物品，怎么可以随便就扔掉？我们收到闪送通知送达的时候，距离我们回到酒店，也就两三小时而已。所幸朋友坚持要求找回项链，拒绝赔偿。第二天，在另外一个经理的协助下，透过监控和物业找到了是一个负责处理垃圾的阿姨拾走的。联系到阿姨，并且成功找回。项链对朋友很重要，不是用钱可以衡量的，还好最后是找到了，不然本来好好的旅程，都得留下个小遗憾呢。

En general increíble, ya había estado antes en este hotel y volví porque sabía que era bueno

Cons:

No sabían usar una TPV y tuve que pagar la “fee” de pagar más de 200 yuanes con el Alipay. En plan 4 personas y no lograron usar el TPV jajaja (este problema supongo depende de quien te toque en el front desk)

Definitely worth recommending.
Pros:

The hotel offers a very comfortable environment. Although it’s not located directly within the scenic area, it’s quite close — you can easily reach West Lake by taxi or public transport in no time. There are also plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. The room was well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant and comfortable stay. When I asked about affordable breakfast options, the front desk staff was very friendly and kindly recommended a great choice. I truly appreciated their helpfulness and warm service.

Cons:

When booking the hotel, it was clearly stated that check-in time was 2:00 PM. However, when we arrived at around 2:30 PM, the front desk informed us that due to late check-outs by previous guests, we would need to wait another hour. We explained that we had just returned from a scenic area and were feeling quite tired, hoping to rest as soon as possible. Unfortunately, the front desk simply asked us to wait without offering any alternative solutions, which left a poor first impression of the hotel.

Fortunately, a lady later approached us to ask about the situation, and she arranged a temporary room for us to rest in. I am very grateful for her help — her quick and professional handling of the situation trul
