Pros:

There onsen bath and free drink bar were nice. Also having the choice of pillow type was nice.

Cons:

The breakfast was ok, but the salad had only a single vegetable topping and the only fruit was canned fruit cocktail.

Best hotel in Iwate
Pros:

This is the third time that I stay in this hotel and I can say it’s one of my favorites in all of Japan. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and spotless clean, and the breakfast is excellent. The onsen is a great addition to the hotel, and all the amenities available are a great touch to have a well spent night. Very close to the train station and a big Aeon supermarket.

formidable , il y fait bon séjourner tout est fait pour le bien-être du client ; le personnel est agréable attentionné ; le bain est très agréable , le petit déjeuner est super , les croissants et autres vienoiseries sont excellentes et le bar à cocktail le soir est fort agréable et la grande salle à disposition pour diner est un plus dans un hôtel ... encore merci au personnel pour son accueil et ses nombreuses petites attentions .

Cons:

rien c'est parfait et j'y retournerais si je reviens dans la région .

Pros:

地點：從JR矢幅車站到飯店走路約5分鐘，飯店往東走有一間便利超商，往東南走有商場、書店、藥妝店等，車站東側出口晚上有餐飲店(居酒屋類型等)。非自駕者，請留意不要錯過最後一班JR電車。夜晚街道很安靜。
單人房間：客房使用密碼鎖(大門在深夜有門禁，需輸入對應密碼串解鎖)，入住禁菸房很整潔乾淨，進入單人房間面前為通道，左側空間依序為浴廁間、一排的一字型沙發(茶桌)及工作桌、小通道及靠窗側的加大床墊，空間感尚可不算緊湊。隔音尚可，廁所的抽風機有控制器可調整強弱選項，可以平順進入浴廁間，浴廁間空間還不到非常緊湊形容。窗外為一般市容街景，門板上有磁吸貼紙(清理、勿打擾(提供新的毛巾袋及小瓶水)、已退房)，WIFI使用正常。
飯店設施：櫃台服務尚可，有提供枕頭可帶回客房使用(原配置的偏硬且偏高)，公共空間及餐廳整體很乾淨，一樓有洗衣烘衣間及公眾溫泉室，傍晚有提供迎賓酒。僅有一台電梯使用，但飯店樓層不多下，使用上不用等太久。從室外到客房的通路皆為無障礙環境，推大行李箱很便利無阻礙。早餐有提供不錯吃的名產湯品(ひっつみ汁)，有吃到一次美味的嫩煎雞肉，其他餐點就普通表現。
