Convenient Location: Situated airside next to the Movie theatre near Transfer B, our lounge provides easy access for passengers in the Departure/Transit Lounge North. Take advantage of the business facilities and tranquil atmosphere to make the most of your time in transit.

Important Information for Transit Passengers: Remember, as an airside property, transit travelers must not clear immigration/customs. Our 24-hour front desk is available to assist with any queries regarding luggage, boarding passes, or re-entering the transit area. Plan your stay with us and make your transit in Changi Airport memorable.

Important information:

Guests arriving on an inbound flight must not pass through immigration control. Guests arriving from the city must be checked-in on an outbound flight.

A valid traveling document must be presented during check-in and guests must provide the property with their arrival and departure flight numbers in the special request box during booking.

Guests will not be able to access their checked-in baggage at the hotel, and the hotel is not responsible for guests' checked-in luggage transfer during stay.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Lots of food options, good to pick at however had eaten on my flights so didn't need a huge meal, the showers were great, very clean and made me feel quite fresh afterwards

Sfeerloos en de Naproom geen slot. Locatie van deze naprooms, verstopt achter de keuken, waar personeel sla en groenten sorteert, een lugubere plek om er als vrouw alleen te verblijven

Great place to rest for short transit time.
Pros:

Great value for money, the showers are great. Food was good. It a great place to get cleaned up and get to you next flight. But for those who have a transit time of 5+ hours it really not suited to get some real nooze time.

Cons:

The “lounge” is more single seated office style couches - with little room to stretch one’s legs. They need to have upgrade there facility to have stretch lounge chairs, remove some of the smaller table and have fold out table (hidden in the lounge chairs) this would increase leg room and allow customers to have a nap and rest.

Great convenient facility during transit

Cons:

The food warmers (bane Marie)need to be at a higher temperature, I had scrambled eggs, chicken sausage, beans& potatoes and it was all luke warm, not enjoyable to eat. Second time I ate in the lounge I had cold option, salad etc didn’t want to risk any the other options.

Very convenient for an airport layover
Pros:

Very convenient for a 14hr layover in terminal 3, food was included in the price as well as shower facilities, easy to access WiFi and charging

Cons:

Room partitions didn’t go to the ceiling so if other people are moving about (even quietly) you hear them

Pros:

The showers are great and cleaned constantly. So are the toilets.
The location is very handy.
They give you water, ear plugs and sleepers.

Cons:

The rooms are open on the ceiling part so it makes it noisy and it doesn't feel private enough. The door don't lock from the outside either.
The food offerings are ok, nothing special about it.
The sitting area gets crowded with people sleeping, eating, drinking and taking more space than they need.
