Convenient Location: Situated airside next to the Movie theatre near Transfer B, our lounge provides easy access for passengers in the Departure/Transit Lounge North. Take advantage of the business facilities and tranquil atmosphere to make the most of your time in transit.

Important Information for Transit Passengers: Remember, as an airside property, transit travelers must not clear immigration/customs. Our 24-hour front desk is available to assist with any queries regarding luggage, boarding passes, or re-entering the transit area. Plan your stay with us and make your transit in Changi Airport memorable.

Important information:

Guests arriving on an inbound flight must not pass through immigration control. Guests arriving from the city must be checked-in on an outbound flight.

A valid traveling document must be presented during check-in and guests must provide the property with their arrival and departure flight numbers in the special request box during booking.

Disappointing. No beds provided.
Cons:

The place was noisy with children and some guests having telephone conversations. The lounge should have a separate space for families. Very expensive for five hours. We could've booked a hotel room instead. Meals were provided but it wasn't good. Extremely disappointed as we could've in the terminal area and could've bought a better meal else where.

Very average for the cost
Pros:

Clean room and showers, good lunch.

Cons:

Really disappointing for the price. The nap rooms just have a curtain instead of a door so no security, and open ceilings which meant that vacuuming and staff noise could be heard.
The check in line was long as there are a lot of people coming to book casually as well as booked guests so it took ages to check in after a long flight.

Goede accomodatie maar vrij duur
Pros:

Een welkome nap room met alle nodige faciliteiten, comfortabel bed, proper, vrij rustig, vriendelijk personeel, iets om te eten indien nodig. Het deed deugd tijdens een lange reis.

Cons:

Het is nogal duur voor een kamertje zonder deur en basic maaltijden op de luchthaven. Wat je vooral nodig hebt is een goed bed en rust. Dat laatste lukt niet zonder oordoppen maar het personeel doet er wel alles aan om het stil te houden.
