Some people were too noisy, it’s a very open space.

V expensive for a ' nap' room . Yout can leave anything in the room and go for a shower or to the toilet as the rooms dont lock . Also the walls do not fully separate you from.the people in next rooms . V loud had to ask the blneighbiur to kp the noise down

The ad and photo in the description compared to the 'room' itself is very misleading.

They describe it ad a hotel... but there are actually 2 sections. A bed area, then the 'room' referred to as a lounge.

I booked a 6hr session from midnight onwards.

The shower and toilet was clean.

I had to ask an attendant (when one was actually present) if I could use the shower AND I had to ask if I could have a dental kit, as there were non in the shower room. Only a towel is in the shower and shampoo/conditioner and body wash. No floor mat/towel.

The chairs in the single room are not very comfortable (do not recline) and the aircon vent blows directly (cold) onto the top of your head.

The lights are kept on and are very bright, which doesn't help if you are staying at the airport overnight waiting for a connecting flight.

The kitchen is in the same area as 'the room' and is constantly noisy, lots of clanging and banging.

The food is very basic as are the drinks. No alcohol is served during midnight and 7am, despite paying a full price, regardless of time booking.

Patrons keep their feet (with shoes) on the small tables and/or on the chairs. Not once did I see the cleaner sanitise nor wipe the tables. They did periodically remove dirty plates/cups. There was a lot of spilt food and crumbs on the carpet that never got cleaned up.

It's very noisy in the small cramped room, as people talking loudly, listening to their phones (high volume), children/babies crying. The room is only 60sqm and multiple chairs next to eachother so quite cramped.

I'd never bother paying $107 again to stay in a brightly lit and noisy room... when you can find a quite spot elsewhere in the airport for free.

There was also only one attendant at the reception desk, despite a long line of people waiting to enter.

Save your money.

The lounge area AC was not working properly, informed a few times, couldn't fix it, they just informed Airport technicians.

At first hard to find. A little crowded in the lounge area, probably not a great place for a decent nap. More dairy free options would be nice otherwise an ok selection.

The walls are very thin and did not reach the ceiling so you could hear your neighbour movements and snoring and were potentially impacted by the light in their room. Definity need earplugs and a good eye mask. Despite these drawbacks, it's worth the money and is way better than sitting in an airport lounge for 6-7 hours!

The no lock nap rooms. The wall partitions that did not go to the ceiling meant you could here other people snoring. I was shocked such poor quality amenity was allowed at Singapore Changi.

Showers and toilets very very hot no air flow, aircon in lounge is passable
