Important Information for Transit Passengers: Remember, as an airside property, transit travelers must not clear immigration/customs. Our 24-hour front desk is available to assist with any queries regarding luggage, boarding passes, or re-entering the transit area. Plan your stay with us and make your transit in Changi Airport memorable.
Guests arriving on an inbound flight must not pass through immigration control. Guests arriving from the city must be checked-in on an outbound flight.
A valid traveling document must be presented during check-in and guests must provide the property with their arrival and departure flight numbers in the special request box during booking.

La rapidité de l'accueil, les douches propres avec tout ce qu'il faut et le buffet petit déjeuner. C'est la seconde fois que j'y passe, c'est pratique lorsqu'on est en transit entre 2 longs courriers.

Lounge was old and dirty.
The food was very poor.
There were way more comfortable seating areas in the general areas of the airport.
Good location
The food is a catastrophe, the wall next to the bed can be cleaned. A real door instead of curtain will be better or at least a safety deposit box

Came with free access to the lounge and food. The food was pretty good with many options. The staff were nice and welcoming. I stayed in the afternoon till a bit late at night so there was plenty of people in the lounge, but there was enough space.
Two weeks before, I stayed at the Ambassador Transit Lounge in Terminal 2 - in terms of the nap room, that one was much better. It was a proper room. Terminal 3 was just walls propped up, could hear the other 'rooms'.

There’s free food - tho not many options.
There’s a little area on the right side that is somewhat a bigger spot.
For the price you pay there really isn’t much in this lounge. There is a lot of noise, the toilet was not the cleanest. We just got lucky that we got the chairs on the right-hand side where its somewhat bigger and private, more comfortable.
Room is noisy. We can hear the airport announcements. Disturbances from side rooms. It also expensive, considering short nap period of 6 hours, including shower and dinning time.
Noice proof with alarm time setting will be better
Welcomed the opportunity freshen up - shower and have breakfast before long flight to New Zealand.
The nap rooms were too noisy and too much light in them.
V friendly staff
V expensive for a ' nap' room . Yout can leave anything in the room and go for a shower or to the toilet as the rooms dont lock . Also the walls do not fully separate you from.the people in next rooms . V loud had to ask the blneighbiur to kp the noise down
