Convenient Location: Situated airside next to the Movie theatre near Transfer B, our lounge provides easy access for passengers in the Departure/Transit Lounge North. Take advantage of the business facilities and tranquil atmosphere to make the most of your time in transit.
Important Information for Transit Passengers: Remember, as an airside property, transit travelers must not clear immigration/customs. Our 24-hour front desk is available to assist with any queries regarding luggage, boarding passes, or re-entering the transit area. Plan your stay with us and make your transit in Changi Airport memorable.
Guests arriving on an inbound flight must not pass through immigration control. Guests arriving from the city must be checked-in on an outbound flight.
A valid traveling document must be presented during check-in and guests must provide the property with their arrival and departure flight numbers in the special request box during booking.
Guests will not be able to access their checked-in baggage at the hotel, and the hotel is not responsible for guests' checked-in luggage transfer during stay.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The scraps of cold food offerings. Limited drinks on offer.
When I booked, the booking was for 2 adults and I paid the amount as required. But in the confirmation letter, the booking was only for 1 guest. How could it be? So on the day of transit I had to pay for the second guest.

My room was some corner and air flow was too low.

Après avoir passé 15hrs en transit...Les repas et petit déjeuner : le riz était réchauffé, pas de plats originaux. Trop simple petit déjeuner. Rien d'extraordinaire!!!

Sitzmöbeln sind für eine längere Verweildauer unbequem , sehr dicht gestuhlt. Wenig Platz somit für das Handgepäck. Keine Möglichkeit für Familien mit kleineren Kindern sich etwas zurückzuziehen.
Staff were friendly, however they were flustered and not really performing their jobs efficiently with many customers waiting to be served.
Showers were modern, clean, spacious
The 4 rooms out the back of the kitchen were hopeless, thin dividers between rooms, constant light flooding in, constant customers coming and going making noise. Very little sleep. It was basically a backpacker dorm room at high hotel level room prices. Felt scammed.
Had to wait in line for shower, no priority for customers that paid $245 NZD for 6 hours (shower and room) compared to customers that only paid for shower.
I liked the general lounge area. The chairs were comfortable and having charging ports available was very convenient. There was also a good range of food and drinks, with plenty of options available.
The lounge was in a convenient location and overall was a comfortable place to relax.
The nap rooms in Terminal 3 were extremely disappointing. They looked and felt very temporary, with the walls not extending all the way to the ceiling, which meant there was very little soundproofing. I could clearly hear people talking in the lounge area, as well as plates and other noise, making it very difficult to sleep.
The sliding door also did not have a lock, which made me feel very unsafe and uncomfortable about trying to sleep.
There was also no ability to charge any devices, which is a major inconvenience in an airport where travellers are often waiting for or connecting to flights.
Overall, the nap rooms were not comfortable, private, quiet, or secure enough to justify using them. I absolutely would not recommend the nap rooms in Terminal 3.
