Important Information for Transit Passengers: Remember, as an airside property, transit travelers must not clear immigration/customs. Our 24-hour front desk is available to assist with any queries regarding luggage, boarding passes, or re-entering the transit area. Plan your stay with us and make your transit in Changi Airport memorable.
Guests arriving on an inbound flight must not pass through immigration control. Guests arriving from the city must be checked-in on an outbound flight.
A valid traveling document must be presented during check-in and guests must provide the property with their arrival and departure flight numbers in the special request box during booking.

Too warm, had 6 hours booked but by the time you shower and eat not really would the cost for sleep hours, would just use as a lounge and shower next time. Don't love having cubicle style rooms with shared partial walls. Better than a dorm room but not hotel level for hotel level cost.
Clean, tidy, good to get away from the noise and chaos of airport to a quiet location and get horizontal. Great bathroom facilities and food.
Bed was firm; The entrance doorway was curtains only, no door for privacy and to keep your belongings safe.

Food was not great, staff was just okay, it was packed so hard to find a clean place to sit, or even just a place to sit. Shower was dirty. They only give you 1 towel so the floor was very wet from the shower and slippery.
Had to share back room with another family but they were very nice plus had great decking chairs - food selection ok - showers facilities great very clean - worth the money for that
If I had not been in back room as the moral room was full would not have been happy with chairs the didn’t look very comfortable I was there 5 hours

The bed was very comfortable. Clean toilet and shower. Enjoyed sitting in the lounge. Staff attentive . Good coffee !
No door as such on the cubicle to lock. A curtain.Had to take your valuables with you to the shower and toilet.
Clean. Location excellent.
A bit noisy. Confusing toilet/bathroom/ shower situation. When tired from flying, clear signage is everything.
