Affordable and excellent place to stay in the center of Medan
Pros:

Very spacious room with good view of Medan. No outside noise coming in.
The Medan food in the restaurant is excellent, no need to go outside in search of good food.

House keeping was great. Everything clean. Did enjoy the restaurant. Chefs were creative and put out a diversity of food
Pros:

Restaurant was good. Large variety which changes daily.
Hotel Manager was very obliging and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure things were taken care of. Did great follow up.

Cons:

No hot water, kettle not working.
Young Wait staff in restaurant require more training.
Children running down the hallways after midnight ringing door bells. Happened several times.

It was a very comfortable stay for the night before our flight out.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable rooms, good food in the restaurant. We enjoyed a swim in the pool but the spa was closed for maintenance.

Cons:

I thought I had booked rooms with spa bath but neither room had one.

Great stay and worth the money
Pros:

The staff were very accommodative. One of the room booking for a couple was twin sharing however, upon arrival we just checked with the staff if they could change the twin sharing to double bed and the staff arranged it for us with no extra cost.

Cons:

It would be great if the hotel arrange to give two access card to the room as it will make it easier for one of the guest in the particular room access without necessary trouble for the stayed guest.

A pleasant and comfortable stay with friendly service, perfect for a short trip to Medan.

telephone cable was not hook up cannot communicate with reception

the glass shower screen door had a gap and after showering waters flowers out on to the bathroom next to toilet bowl and flooding the area. while shitting my legs are on flooded stagnant water. it’s dangerous I can slip and fall. need to be fix this problem.
