Great value for staying close to historic center in SLP.
Pros:

It is conveniently located in the historic center. It provides comfortable furnishings and modern, clean hotel. Decent and convenient breakfast (extra).

Cons:

The property was fine. I just was confused my a message sent by the hotel indicating that while my stay was confirmed it could be canceled as it was not yet “paid for.”

Gran lugar para alojarse en el centro de SLP
Pros:

Muy cómoda la cama, tener estacionamiento en el centro de la ciudad es un gran alivio.
Especial mención al personal del restaurante que estaban el sabado 21, aunque llegamos ya tarde y casi cerraban cocina su amabilidad fue increible y pudimos cenar muy bien.

Cons:

un mesero y un recepcionista podrían mejorar su atención al cliente, no tengo sus nombres

Not a 5 star hotel.

The location was good.

Cons:

The bathroom was terrible. Too small, leaking sink, strange shower, everything looked run-down and not very clean. No shelving or counter in the bathroom at all. The room was decent, but no mirror. There was one on the door of the closet that could not be opened due to the bed in the way. The hotel lobby was small and not very presentable for 5 star hotel. The breakfast area was also not very pleasant, and the coffee was watered down.

Pros:

Su ubicación es la mejor, es muy cómodo, la practicidad del elevador y en el restaurante te atienden muy bien y la comida muy rica, te hacen descuento en el buffet por ser huésped $240 aprox por persona.

Un séjour qui s’est déroulé parfaitement.
Pros:

Très bien situé dans le centre historique. La chambre était moderne, confortable. Le personnel très gentil. Mon séjour s’est très bien passé.

La ubicación es muy buena, esta en un edificio muy bonito y el lobby es muy hermoso

Cons:

El precio de booking no es real, sube desmedidamente en recepción.
El precio no es barato y debería de incluir el desayuno.
Los cuartos no tienen apagadores y al entrar no hay luz,solo de lámparas.
El personal debería de ser mas amable.

La ubicación es perfecta para recorrer San Luis
Pros:

Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos en este hotel. Nos agrada por que tiene excelente ubicación, el personal de recepción es muy amable. Las habitaciones muy cómodas. Y cuenta con estacionamiento.

que no me quisieron facturar por que segun la reserva se hizo por booking (la cual ya no voy a utilizar) y ellos me tenian que realizar la misma
