Pros:

Our room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The check in and out was easy and the staff were friendly. It was nice that there was free tea and a place to sit downstairs.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have a tea option that was decaffeinated.

Worth it!
Pros:

I love the fact that it is just 1 stop away from Kyoto station and a couple steps away exit 1 in Gojo station BUT if you have a lot of luggage take another exit that has an elevator. The facility is clean and they have pj if you don't have one.

Cons:

The women's bath is on the second floor and if my room wasn't on the 2nd floor I would have to deal with going up and down the elevator to go to the bathroom. I didn't have an issue with the hotel but I did with the guests especially the laundry. There's only 4 laundry and 3 of them would forget that they're doing laundry.

Stayed here twice when traveling to Kyoto – 100% would go here again. I really liked the all women’s floor.
Pros:

Easy to check in, friendly staff, great area to make tea and coffee. The rooms are cozy and clean.
