It was the worst experience i have ever had
I had lunch and dinner with family and frinds over two days. Excellent food. Good variety on the menu. Very comfortable seating and decore in on the property restaurant. Excellent service. Highly recommended for fa.ily gathering.
Bathroom amenities needs periodice check for repairs and maintenance. In Room 205 the Wash Basin has leaking water down below wetting the floor in front of the water closet.
Service staff using the same pop in the bathroom/toilet and the bedroom. Unacceptable from a general hygiene point of view. No fridge unit provide in the room.
Breakfast was good.
Did not have enough parking. No one cared about guest welcoming. Wifi was not working. I asked 3 times. They said they are working on it. I asked to call me when it get fixed but never got any call. In bathroom it was little dirty. Not cleaned properly. Window i had in a room was having really bad view. All messed up and dirty trash. No one likes to see that. Also i can clearly hear the sound of AC outdoor unit in my room. Loudly. Unable to sleep at night.
The staff members of the hotel is very polite. I face the issue of double payment made to the hotel but the person from staff name Mr Imran has resolved the issue very gently . It was a nice stay in the hotel . would recommend everyone to stay in the hotel

Breakfast should have of more variety specially fruits
I booked through booking.com where they charged me half the value of stay . When I went to the property they charged me the full payment saying my charges from booking.com will be reversed . There has been no reversal till now and it’s been more than 15 days now . I paid through my credit card and my card now has been billed which I’ll have to pay now . I contacted customer support but apart from just asking give this slip and that receipt there has been no solution even after I gave what ever details they needed . All they say is we will resolve it as soon as possible . So first don’t book through booking.com as they charge you upfront and do not pay any property the full amount no matter what excuses they give because in the end your money will go waste .

Spacious room, comfortable beds, and the morning buffet breakfast was exceptional, would go as far as to say it was the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had / the staff were friendly & extremely accommodating
