Moc Lam is a good Lam 😂
Pros:

Close to Vinwonders and other attractions in grand World. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Place is located next to Teddy Bear museum sitting in between 2 convenience stores and a few good restaurants.

Cons:

No elevator. If you're arriving with heavy luggage and your room is on the 4th floor onwards you are screwed. Not only is the luggage heavy for yourself to carry it is also too heavy for the workers to carry who (no offense) weigh less than your luggage.

Pros:

Good location, right opposite the Teddy Bear Museum and within walking distance of the main Grand World attractions, but still slightly away from the crowded areas so it feels quieter.

The rooms were clean and hygiene was well maintained. The place felt comfortable and safe for our stay.

Overall, a pleasant stay with a helpful host and convenient location.

Cons:

There is no lift, but since we were a group of four ladies, the owner kindly helped us carry our luggage up to the 4th floor, which we really appreciated.

But if traveling with kids or family request for rooms in lower floor

I had a truly wonderful experience at Moc Lam Homestay GrandWorld Phu Quoc. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable, and their hospitality really made a difference. The facilities were top-notch and exactly as advertised. Our room was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

Pros:

Good location, Staff is super friendly, Walkable to explore the city, the bed and bathroom was very comfortable. Staff helped us for everything we asked for.

Cons:

Cleanness must be better. Around the mirror and closet still dust and spider webs.
