The staff are very warm and welcoming. Great location and the room was excellent.

Washer and fridge work great.
Storage = Yes. Lots of space to store clothes.
The staff where very helpful, everything you need is in the area and a short walk to the beach perfect place to stay
Best host - incredibly friendly & accommodating. Amazing location for all requirements , minutes walk to be on the beach, get great coffee across the road & surrounded by restaurants & mini marts for groceries.
I wanted a balcony & a view of the beach, not possible in the rooms available for my stay unfortunately. I needed more light in my room as I had work to do..

Very handy having a washing machine in the room. AC worked well. Great value for the price paid.
Bathroom is a little small so expect everything to get wet when showering.

The room was quite spacious and clean. Location was amazing for us, within walking to the sea and has many mini-markets as well as other services (motorcycle rental, laundry, spa, etc.) nearby. The staff, though, was the best thing about the place, they were very hospitable and accommodating. We checked in late (past midnight) due to our flight being delayed but the manager was happy to wait for us.

Good location
Classic bait and switch. The room advertised "sea view" but we got a room in a lower floor. The only view was the (boarded up) walls of the neighboring buildings. Contrary to the pictures, the bathroom did not have a separate area for showering.
After I complained, they moved me to a room on a higher floor on my last night. The view was better (no boarded up walls), but still no "sea view".

Very friendly and helpful staff, also good english (so helpful). Beach, coffee shops (including Starbucks) short walk away,
good mini mart next door to buy extra water etc. so no need to carry heavy water bottles very far. ( good for a female solo traveller). Many places for food and a massage nearby.
Would definitely stay at the Delicate again.
