Sadly disappointing
Pros:

The room was so hot and the AC was centrally set and not customised for each room. We were told to open the windows and turn on a noisy fan lent to us by the property. This is totally unacceptable

Cons:

The room was not adequately air conditioned and we could not sleep well for the 2 nights we stayed there

Pros:

Great location not far from the West Lake - lovely modern clean rooms, excellent buffet breakfast and friendly staff

Everything is perfect. The room was clean , bed was cozy. Shower gel and lotion were also fragrance
Pros:

The location is quite nice, not too far to places for a walk. The best thing I like here was the 2 sisters receptionists. They were the only two person who could communicate with me in English well.

Cons:

The thing I didn't like most for this place was the sound of horn which I could hear every 2 seconds even very late at night. My room was at the front wing of the street. That sounds made me in difficulty to sleep
