This accommodation seems like a scam or a trap.
After purchasing the accommodation, I received two confirmation emails. One about the reservation and one about the payment. Both at 7:55 PM.
At 9:28 PM, I received a message in the app that I had to cancel the accommodation.
I didn't see the message straight away because I was already on my way to this hotel. I saw the message around 10:00 PM, when I already arrived at the hotel.
There at (security) gateI we have been told, that they dont know Nothing at all about my reservation. We called the contact phone number and there we were told that I shouldn't have booked the hotel so late. Overall, the person on the phone was unpleasant and very arrogant. And he refused to refund my money. He kept saying that I had to cancel the reservation. But if I would do that, I would automatically lose the right for a refund.
When we called a taxi to take us to an alternative hotel, the taxi driver told us is common case with this facility. Taxi driver had several customer who had the exact same complaint as me, they were pushed to cancel already booked and paid accomodation.
Never more, and we hope this facility wont be on this platform anymore, no more people will be scumm as us.

Great location next to the mall and several facilities. Safe property/location. Friendly guards at the entrance and a smooth check in. Room was clean and towels/soap were provided
No warm water in the shower. Only 1 small fleeceblanket on the bed. For 2 “big” europeans a bit too small. Aircon made a lot of noise in the night. Window couldnt be closed completely so a lot of noise from the traffic nearby.
Clean unit, with kitchen amenities so the guest can cook. Very accomodating si Justine.

Checking in was complicated and tiring.
The condo unit was sizeable with two big windows facing the main road. It was also complete with the necessary appliances. The condo building was just across Southwoods Mall. Ambo's, a very good cafe & restaurant is on the ground floor of the condo building. Not to mention that there is also a 7-11 store, also at the ground floor. Wifi is strong and stable in the room. So no worries f you need to log-in for work.
