This is an amazing apartment with a great view. I have stayed in other units with other owners, and this BY FAR, is the best decor, most comfortable and best view. Very clean and great communication! Thanks.

Good place to stay. Check in was a little difficult at first because we needed a guest pass to enter and the host had not sent that yet

Terrible communication. Irresponsible host. I would not recommend this place to anybody. If you don’t want to ruin your vacation or whatever, do not deal with this host.

I like that it was close to a mall but the check in was was a nightmare we have to wait for 1 hr or so before we got in the room I was even looking for another hotel before the owner responded.

It’s comfortable, clean, accessible to restaurants and the owner is very nice.

Initially provided door code was incorrect. I was locked out for 1.5 hours until property manager reply my message and open the door.

Overall, this place is excellent. Accessible to the shops.

Super nice room very clean and modern loved that it has a washing machine so we didn't have to run to the laundry nice view very highly recommend the room and the owners they seemed like super nice people

Check in was a nightmare! The receptionist has no no record of our booking! We waited over an hour before the owner came! She is friendly but she told us our accommodation is occupied!!!! Hence she tried to get us another room but we booked for three and was given a room for two!!! It’s very cramped and no room to move at all! The bathroom door cannot be closed. Cutlery was for two. The accomodation we booked for is for 3-4 people and hence on the photos was more roomy. This one is a studio like!

Nice apartment with great views from the 48th floor, centrally located in Makati.

I was booking here but I have a problem of checking in. When that time one of man was use his cellphone and he finished instead of me . He really saved me. And the hotel is so good quality. I’ll be back there surely

The owner whose name escapes me now, sorry, was an excellent communicator and answered all our questions and accommodated us. She even came to meet us in her very busy day.
Her apartment is excellent and has everything you need for a short or long stay. It is well located near stores, food and cafes. It is very clean and comfortable.You could not find a better place to stay. Unfortunately we only stayed 1 night before our flight home. We wish we could have stayed longer. Its only about 20 minutes from the airport too in a safe area of Manilla. Highly recommend.
