Important information:

Ambassador Transit Lounge – Terminal 2 is located airside within Changi Airport, Terminal 2, Departure Transit area. Access is via the escalator near Changi Airport - Terminal 2, Transit Lounge South, near Transfer F, on the 3rd Floor, next to Dreamscape Attractions.
The Transit Lounge offers hourly lounge access, providing a comfortable space to sit and relax, along with food and beverages, shower facilities, and Wi-Fi. Lounge access is available for 3-hour, 5-hour, and 10-hour durations, as well as Nap Rooms for 6 hours or longer. Guests are advised to check the specified duration for each booking option.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
As the lounge is located airside in the Restricted/Transit area, transit travelers must NOT clear immigration or customs. This means that only passengers transiting through Singapore—traveling to another country without clearing Singapore’s arrival immigration—can access the lounge.
• Arriving passengers planning to enter Singapore cannot stay at the Ambassador Transit Lounge – Terminal 2.
• Departing passengers from the city should note that most airline check-in counters open only 3 hours before departure. Access to the transit area is not permitted earlier unless early check-in is available with your airline.
If you need assistance upon arrival, our 24-hour front desk is available to help with luggage collection, onward boarding passes, and reentering the transit area.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Not worth money
Pros:

Convenient since it’s it’s a transit lounge

Cons:

Charging stations not working.. towel smells bad and they limit you to only one per person.. I was going around in circles just to get a toothbrush and toothpaste since the main maintenance person inside the bathroom has no idea where it is. The bathroom could use some cleaning.. too dirty..food is cold. Very disappointing.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft war völlig okay und auch sehr komfortabel.

Cons:

Konnte keine bessere Bewertung geben, weil in dieser Unterkunft im Bereich der Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten mieten, in der Nacht stundenlang Krach gemacht wurde, so dass ein an ein schlappen nicht zu denken war.

Exactly what I needed for a layover was there at the transit lounge.
Pros:

Pretty much just needed a shower, toilet and chair for the transit and it was all there. There were towels provided and soap. There was also moisturising cream outside where the dresser tables were.

Cons:

The lounge chairs were not comfortable. The price was on the steeper side for 5 hours of lounge use where I only needed to shower and have a seat to sleep on. I did not try the food that was included.

Pros:

Food was decent and filling.

Cons:

The chairs are not comfortable, the design of the other lounge chairs look weird and not deisgned for comfort only for aesthetics.

Good for a long layover.
Pros:

It was, as anticipated, a quiet location to rest during a 5 hour delay. There was adequate food and beverage of an acceptable standard and comfortable seats to allow for a reasonable rest. Staff were very pleasant. The location was great, perfectly situated between our gates.

Cons:

If you are unaccustomed to Singapore Changi airport, signs can be confusing but there are lots of information kiosks and personnel that are willing to help. The Ambassador Lounge is upstairs and we had to ask a couple people before we found it.

Better than the floor.
Pros:

It was better than the floor. A shower was good.

Cons:

Truthfully I probably should have read the small print. I was expecting loungers for a 5 hour layover between midnight and 5am . We arrived at midnight, the bar was closed , there were lounge chairs but no chance to catch a nap, unless you are small enough to curl into a ball. Food offering during the witching hours minimal. For us it was not value for money.

Redelijk tijdverdrijf als je lange layover hebt

Het was makkelijk te vinden, was voldoende te eten en stoelen waren comfortabel , was wifi

Cons:

Het was weinig variatie in eten en ik kreeg waarschijnlijk food poisoning daar want na eten daar kreeg ik snachts klachten en buik pijn

Bed achter in lounge, geen luxe nachtrust

Het was redelijk comfortabel bed maar dat was alles wat het was

Cons:

Je moest ver lopen naar de toiletruimte en showers wat is vervelend vooral snachts, moet je uit lounge langs de balie waar ook andere mensen lopen. Verder ik zou geüpgraded worden naar transit hotel door de manager Steven , had dubbel gevouwen beloofd maar als ik terug kwam dat was niet zo en ik moest gewoon in lounge gedeelte blijven waar geboekt bed stond waar ook geen wand tot plafond is dus heen afgesloten dicht ruimte. Ze maken valse beloftes die ze niet nakomen en Indiase vrouw bij receptie was kort door de bocht en gewoon onaardig. Ik ben toen gebleven want het was al 1 uur snachts en begon al niet lekker te voelen door food poisoning die heb ik waarschaanlijk opgelopen in de lounge door eten. Ik zou hier niet meer boeken

Pros:

The staff are courteuos especially Amy who assisted me.They've upgraded me to a hotel room, which has better toilet and shower room. The room is quiet and has comfortable bed, I immediately fall asleep.

Cons:

The food choices could be improve.
