Experience comfort and convenience at the Ambassador Transit Lounge – Terminal 2.
Ambassador Transit Lounge – Terminal 2 is located airside within Changi Airport, Terminal 2, Departure Transit area. Access is via the escalator near Changi Airport - Terminal 2, Transit Lounge South, near Transfer F, on the 3rd Floor, next to Dreamscape Attractions.
The Transit Lounge offers hourly lounge access, providing a comfortable space to sit and relax, along with food and beverages, shower facilities, and Wi-Fi. Lounge access is available for 3-hour, 5-hour, and 10-hour durations, as well as Nap Rooms for 6 hours or longer. Guests are advised to check the specified duration for each booking option.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
As the lounge is located airside in the Restricted/Transit area, transit travelers must NOT clear immigration or customs. This means that only passengers transiting through Singapore—traveling to another country without clearing Singapore’s arrival immigration—can access the lounge.
• Arriving passengers planning to enter Singapore cannot stay at the Ambassador Transit Lounge – Terminal 2.
• Departing passengers from the city should note that most airline check-in counters open only 3 hours before departure. Access to the transit area is not permitted earlier unless early check-in is available with your airline.
If you need assistance upon arrival, our 24-hour front desk is available to help with luggage collection, onward boarding passes, and reentering the transit area.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Food & drinks are ok, sofas are comfortable enough.
Shower facilities are very, very basic but clean overall.
Unisex bathrooms with the lack of separation between male and female toilets and showers are quite unpleasant.
Something I have seldom (if never) seen anywhere else.
Comfortable bed, quite sleeping space and a personal wakeup call to your door.
Limited buffet and drink options.
The quiet nap rooms were much appreciated after the long travel. They followed an open concept but operated under a "quiet zone" protocol. The complementary buffet was also excellent and provided a mini-exploration of different cuisines.

The room was clean. The food was good and the staff on reception was excellent. Very welcoming.

The only thing was it was noisy when I was stsying . Sound like some constructions work bring done nesrby

Food wasn’t great, nothing seemed very fresh.
Seating not that comfortable and lounge became quite crowded. I have spent half the money and had a better lounge experience.
Nap room walls do not reach ceiling, so noisier than anticipated
I booked a room in the lounge but they gave me a room in Ambassador transit hotel. So, its comfortable that its in the airport. The room is clean,quiet. Separate shower and restroom are comfortable to use. Your stay also includes the lounge visit for meal which is also comfortable. I was visiting this hotel several times and was pleased.
1. Its cold inside because of central cooling system. For those who dont like cold rooms, you need to ask extra bed cover.
2. I forgot my ring at the room when taking away my accessories before sleep. I also thought I needed to be attentive and not to forget my accessories, but I was sleepy and in a hurry to leave and took everything except my ring. The light in the room isnt bright, its more dark. It was a massive hand made silver ring with natural ruby presented to me by grandpa as a memory gift. I found out that I left the ring only in the airplane when it was too late. I sent so many messages to the hotel. I got an answer on booking after 2 days that they would forward my message to room service department and then disappeared. No reaction, no answers anymore, nothing. And unfortunately I had to be without telephone call connection with Singapore as I spent many days in the jungles. So, that was my disappointment, I believed they would return it to me as they knew my phone number, email and etc. So,be careful, dont leave any important things there ot otherwise you can face the same situation.
Showers and toilets not clean in morning.

It was exactly what I needed between flights . The bed was super comfy , the food great and shower room very well organised , & all clean
And the staff the older gentleman. I felt very looked after he was fabulous.
Probably finding it , I came in on terminal 2 and it was a short walk once through immigration. But I went up and down the stairs a few times till I found . It’s advertised in the airport as “transit hotel “ which was confusing . The rooms have walls but not a roof which I can imagine could create a noise issue .
In the terminal which allows you to avoid immigration and sleep for a while in between flights
The maximum amount of hours for a night is 6. When you are stranded for 13 hours at an airport honestly it’s nice to be able to sleep for a few hours but you still have to wander through the airport for a long time and calculate your sleeping time to get a proper rest. I added an extra hour yet I got a room for 7 hours out of 13 and I wish for the price paid I could just have had a normal hotel room. So overall a good place, with very friendly staff but overpriced for what you actually get.
Although not a sleeping lounge the chairs were extremely uncomfortable. So for the late night arrivals that rdo require some sleep it was near impossible
