Ambassador Transit Lounge Terminal 2

I just felt that it had been miss advertised. As my booking described the room as having TV, tea & coffee facilities etc. When I asked the lady at the front desk she just smiled and said " Those pics are for the hotel rooms opposite".. To me thats not honest advertising.
Now, dont get me wrong I just wanted to sleep but the room was slightly smaller than I expected. I was in room 1, I belive, and that must have been right next to the staff area as all I could here was banging.
The way its designed, the top of the room is open. And as people come and go it can be noisy and constant announcements dont help.
I was asked if id like a wake up call, but I never received it.

I personally wouldn't stay there again, but thats just my experience.

Dirty bathrooms, no towels provided, heat dryers not working, selection of dishes ok but a bit cold, no comfortable areas to rest, aware it’s sofa only but it should have some reclining or cushioning, should have usb c chargers, there were some advertisements about a gym… I didn’t even take photos os stay, really meh. Can have better food at good prices outside at the 24h dining areas, and better rest on some of the relaxation and work/focus areas on the airport itself. It was extremely quiet from 2-6 am, so no good value that early in the morning IMO. Pay on the spot 20 SGD for shower then go chill and eat elsewhere on the airport. Check that the hairdryers are working before you wash your hair! Better go chill at the spa and eat outside for the same amount of money and there are designated work and play areas at the airport so you don’t really need to be there. No need to pre book eiather you can also walk in… so it’s better to see what you’re getting before paying. It’s also quite far from terminal 1, took us a good 40 min walk from our gate there, not easy to find and the lady wasn’t helpful over the phone. There is no inter terminal train before 5 am.

Location

Location needs to be better. Late nights it is difficult to move from one terminal to another as the trains dont work

Some couches did not have pillow. The couches could also been larger to allow one to fully stretch.

Walls in the sleeping rooms not all the way to the ceiling so was quite noisy-we could hear kids running around playing& they sounded very close!

NAP room not found

Just maybe the price but this is an airport

Too overpriced for 6 hour stay

Room was dusty and light kept flickering in the room

To expensive for 6 hours and the shower together with the normal guest in the restaurant with the boys ang girls.

I booked my own room-exactly what was in the pictures. When I arrived I was offered a nap space which had partitions- not walls that go to the roof- in between. When I complained I was told I could cancel my booking. When I asked to speak to the manager I was offered ‘an upgrade’ which turned out to be the room I originally paid for. The room itself was nice and bathrooms clean, but the issue with the wrong room before was dodgy and I won’t book here again because I don’t want to deal with this after an international flight.
