Ambassador Transit Lounge – Terminal 2 is located airside within Changi Airport, Terminal 2, Departure Transit area. Access is via the escalator near Changi Airport - Terminal 2, Transit Lounge South, near Transfer F, on the 3rd Floor, next to Dreamscape Attractions.
The Transit Lounge offers hourly lounge access, providing a comfortable space to sit and relax, along with food and beverages, shower facilities, and Wi-Fi. Lounge access is available for 3-hour, 5-hour, and 10-hour durations, as well as Nap Rooms for 6 hours or longer. Guests are advised to check the specified duration for each booking option.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
As the lounge is located airside in the Restricted/Transit area, transit travelers must NOT clear immigration or customs. This means that only passengers transiting through Singapore—traveling to another country without clearing Singapore’s arrival immigration—can access the lounge.
• Arriving passengers planning to enter Singapore cannot stay at the Ambassador Transit Lounge – Terminal 2.
• Departing passengers from the city should note that most airline check-in counters open only 3 hours before departure. Access to the transit area is not permitted earlier unless early check-in is available with your airline.
If you need assistance upon arrival, our 24-hour front desk is available to help with luggage collection, onward boarding passes, and reentering the transit area.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
