No da los servicios de un hotel.
Pros:

Las habitaciones están bien y hay zonas comunes para uso de los huéspedes.

Cons:

Desde las 19,00 h no cogen el teléfono y no te ayudan por tanto si lo necesitas. Llegamos tarde y nos vimos desatendidos, la habitación estaba fría, necesitábamos otra manta, etc. Se anuncian como hotel pero no dan los servicios de un hotel y te dicen que si después de las 19,00 h necesitas algo contactes por un mensaje por bookings. ¿Dónde está su responsabilidad?
Además recibo un mensaje para que les valore con un 10 y que si tengo algo que comentar lo haga en privado. Nunca me había ocurrido esto. Se desentienden absolutamente e incluso no limpian la habitación.

Tanto la habitación como las zonas comunes son buenas pero nunca volveré.
