A refreshing one-night staycation — the perfect way to ease into the Easter long weekend.
Pros:

Fantastic location with great value for money.

Cons:

There’s really nothing to fault — it would have been great if the steam room was working, but it was only a minor issue as we were still able to use the sauna.

Great spot for us, less than a kilometre to the hospital and 250 m from our ophthalmologist
Pros:

Cafe and pizzas on the ground level with live music options. Great position for what we needed (eye operation)

Cons:

Car parking was not sufficient with construction next door. Didn’t hear the construction, thought they may have taken the few parks for guests though.

Please have more vegetarian options otherwise all was good

The toilet rolls holder was attached to the toilet cabinet restricting space to sit on the toilet seat.

Solution: put it on the same side as the bath towel rails where there is much more room

A good hotel with great food.
Pros:

The staff were all lovely! So friendly and helpful.
The hotel itself was good. Steam room smelt so we wouldn't use it but the sauna was beautiful as was the pool. The spa was dirty but it was very hot so was hard to turn down.
The food was delicious everywhere! Cafe, pizzeria and the restaurant - highly recommend all.

Very minor issues which made it less than 10 but honestly more so aesthetic things like the shower not draining properly so the bathroom filling with water and the balcony being a bit dirty.
Nothing to stop me enjoying my time or to stop me returning.
Would happily stay here again.
It was a great hub for the T100 weekend.

Cons:

Bathroom shower didn't drain properly.
The phone didn't get answered for room service or restaurants so we had to go downstairs (lazy I know).
Bathroom had black hairs in it (we are both blonde).
Steam room was very stink - unbearable for us.
Building was a little run down in some areas but really beautiful in others.

Pros:

Great room to look at and clean and tidy

Cons:

All of the pillows smelt musty and dirty. I reported this to Reception and someone was coming to replace them but never arrived so we slept without proper pillows. ceiling fan made a horrible squeaking noise the whole time. No ironing board either. The rest of the place was great however, but those things ruined it.

Pros:

Nice and clean, very new and stylish

Cons:

No bin in room, no washing machine (like what was advertised), no cutlery etc. very very loud foyer with the live music, very difficult to check in/ ask questions. Impossible to find a park, but thankfully staff refunded parking due to there not being parks.
