Don't waste your money
Pros:

Nothing...one of the worst properties I have seen

Cons:

Cockroach and insects inside the room. Hair all over bed sheets and bed bugs in mattress. No washroom ( Common washroom for 3 rooms). Never gonna stay in this property.
