OUR LOCATION WAS AMAZING SO CLOSE TO THE WESTFIELD AND BEAUTIFUL CAFES

Location was fantastic, handy to shops and transport. Apartment was clean and tidy. Really enjoyed our stay there.
Travelled for 24 hrs and arrived at 2.30pm the staff would not let us in until 3 so had to sit in reception for 30 mins. It would have been a better experience to be let in slightly earlier. Also not enough cutlery/plates only 4 of each which made it hard for serving food, also need a frypan in the apartment.
The location was excellent
There were not enough toiletries, no extra towels only 2 towels were provided for 8nights for couple and there were no bedsheet, no extra pillows and also no pillow cover to change. All 8 nights we have spent on same sheet and with same douvet cover due to which my wife got skin infection. And the mattress was sooo uncomfortable.
The apartment was not fully equipped with amenties.. no proper cuttlery.
And no cleaning service for whole my stay.

We didn't have a hair dryer when we arrived at our room, and the the light in the living room couldn't work

The location was excellent! Literally 2 mins to Marks and Spencers and steps to the underground trains! It is super convenient taking the trains to central London to see the sights!
The building is beautiful and super fancy; and my kids enjoyed the swimming pool! There's a sauna and gym as well! There are so many options for food: 2 food courts in Westfield plus a row of restaurants located on the outdoors part of the mall.
The room was clean and well appointed. It looks like the management has heard everyone's feedback. The beds were soft, though the mattress was thin. It was comfortable enough! There were cutlery in the kitchen and enough tableware for the 4 of us. There were only 3 hangers but we just used the nightstands and suitcases for our clothes. They provided 2 rolls of toilet paper, and it would have been enough for a 7 night stay, but we had to get more and left the rest. They also provided shampoo and body wash, but we bought some at Waitrose at the westfield.
The staff at the front desk were super nice and accommodating. We arrived early, and they allowed us to leave our bags while we grabbed some lunch!
All in all, it's an amazing place to stay, and we fully intend to stay there again on our next visit!
If I was to be picky, more hangers. Maybe instructions on how to use the washer/dryer? We couldn't figure out how to get our clothes dry, so we used the drying rack that was provided. Our clothes dried within 24 hours so planning was needed!

The apartments are spacious and I like having a washer. The technology wiring is top notch. Can plug all devices in without needing a converter! Great location. Super easy to take the Elizabeth line to Heathrow.
The beds are uncomfortable. I had to sleep on the sofa all week. Not enough supplies. Needs toilet paper and laundry soap. Having to purchase those and leave them behind seems wasteful and expensive.

We sent several emails regarding need for towels and hangers which were not responded to and even when water was cut off staff just rolled over the email to others to deal with : The property did not offer enough toiletries or kitchenware

Washing machine dryer did not dry clothes. For international travellers instructions on how to your appliances may be good.
