Lovely small hotel in Condeza.
Pros:

Location is excellent. Beautiful art-deco building. Staff was very pleasant and extremely helpful. Concierge helped get me a doctor when I got sick in the stomach.

Cons:

My only complaint: The room had a small washer/ dryer, but it didn’t work well. Dryer did not get hot.

Absolutely loved Casa Mali and can’t wait to go back!
Pros:

The property is absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful both architecturally and the decor that enhances the art deco features of the space. The common areas are lovely - we especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace. A special “thank you” to Blanca for taking such great care of us!

Cons:

Housekeeping was not particularly on top of things. No back-up roll of toilet paper - we had to go ask for it at the front desk! Surfaces not cleaned - coffee cream drips on my bedside table not wiped off, towels not refolded, etc… I would expect more based on the caliber of this hotel!

Great hotel and great location!
Pros:

The property is located right in front of Parque de Mexico which made it very convenient to walk around La Condesa and Roma Norte. The hotel was very quiet and clean. The staff were very kind and very helpful if we needed assistance or asked for recommendations. The hotel is beautiful with a bar and restaurant in the back and we felt safe throughout our stay. The hotel also has an added filtered water fountain in the lobby which was very useful for refilling water bottles. Would definitely come back and stay here again and recommend it to anyone who visits!

Cons:

The only negative thing I would say is our room faced the back of the hotel and there was one window for natural light so at times it felt dark but other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
