The property is absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful both architecturally and the decor that enhances the art deco features of the space. The common areas are lovely - we especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace. A special “thank you” to Blanca for taking such great care of us!
Housekeeping was not particularly on top of things. No back-up roll of toilet paper - we had to go ask for it at the front desk! Surfaces not cleaned - coffee cream drips on my bedside table not wiped off, towels not refolded, etc… I would expect more based on the caliber of this hotel!

I was very, very satisfied
The property is located right in front of Parque de Mexico which made it very convenient to walk around La Condesa and Roma Norte. The hotel was very quiet and clean. The staff were very kind and very helpful if we needed assistance or asked for recommendations. The hotel is beautiful with a bar and restaurant in the back and we felt safe throughout our stay. The hotel also has an added filtered water fountain in the lobby which was very useful for refilling water bottles. Would definitely come back and stay here again and recommend it to anyone who visits!
The only negative thing I would say is our room faced the back of the hotel and there was one window for natural light so at times it felt dark but other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

La puerta entre la cocínate y la recámara no podía cerrarse debido a la alfombra en la recámara. Demasiadas almohadas. La habitación muy pequeña. Ruido exterior. Ruido de los aparatos electrónicos en el interior. Respuestas mentirosas del personal para solucionar rápido: un motel, frente a aparqué México, prácticamente.
Great location across from Parque Mexico. Very safe. Nicely appointed. Friendly staff. Great shower (when there was hot water because we hand to call the front desk periodically for some unknown reason). The breakfast was ok, but uninspired which was fine because there are tons of restaurants all around the hotel. Having a full-sized apartment laundry and refrigerator was nice but again probably not necessary.
Would have been fantastic for a single person working in town but became tight for a couple of tourists.
Strange room layout that really cramped us. The size of the room should have been very comfortable but the full kitchen (which was nice but generally unnecessary) was separated from the bedroom by a full wall with doors which wasted a huge amount of space. The doors (room and closet) all conflicted which made the usable space even less.
And as noted above, while the shower was great, on multiple mornings we had to call the front desk to get them turn up the hot water somehow. Clearly there was enough hot water because 5 minutes later it was back.
They had some outdated info in the rooms related to towel policies as it clearly said that the housekeeping staff would dry the towels every day but in fact that policy had changed and the guests were expected to dry their own towels instead of changing them.
Location, nice and comfortable installations.
