it is near airport. it is quiet location.

I was there for one night as I was flying early in the morning. Hotel close to airport. Staff at reception very helpful and efficient. Room was clean.
There wasn't much that I really liked. The bed is super soft if you're into that.
The toilet does not have a water gun / handheld bidet. Location on Google Maps leads you to the back of the building in some alley, our Grab driver was unable to find it and we had to walk around the block with all our luggage. The drinks are paid, which is fine, but there is no sign or menu with the actual prices in the room. The room gives a Western / business vibe, which I'm not looking for when I'm in Vietnam. Only one outlet on one the side of the bed, no outlets near the work area. Overall way too overpriced for what you get, would not book again.
Das Hotel hat eine super Lage in der Nähe des Flughafens. Die Mitarbeiter waren durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zudem war das Zimmer absolut sauber und der schöne Balkon hat mir besonders gut gefallen.
Das Frühstück war leider nur sehr basic und bot wenig Auswahl. Zudem war die Internetverbindung ziemlich langsam, was die Nutzung mühsam gemacht hat

Uncomfortable bed. Very small balcony. No restaurant and no room service. Too far from city center. I had to change my room as a 🪳 cockroach jumped on my face while sleeping. Very upset. The locker in room was out of battery. Too many issues
Bathroom foot mat was dirty
Safe box was not working
Toilet hot water take long time to heat up
Bath room will choke and need to manual open the drain trap to release the water
Bed was not comfortable
We did not request for room cleaning (never hang the room cleaning tag at the door) however room was been clean when back. Feel of security and privacy was not been taken care of.
TV only local TV , not smart TV
Only give 2 bottle of complimentary water for stay of 3 nights , ask for more water was not been informed chargeable till check out
Breakfasts very simple not worth to purchase, breakfast timing is only 7-9 (2hrs) different from others hotel I stay before which min also 3hrs breakfast time.

The room was clean, quiet. The breakfast, although not a big choice, was delicious.
Very inconvenient location, even after arriving by taxi it is difficult to find. The view from the windows is of the roofs of neighboring houses.
The staffs all are really warm, friendly and helpful.
They always greeted us happily, such a mood booster.

Convenient location close to the airport which is why we booked for a 1 night stay before the flight
We booked a more expensive room, hoping for some comfort and good rest before long flight. The room was dirty, bedding full of hair and pubic hair, room located next to the lift which was load all night plus loud banging doors all night too, we didn’t get any sleep.

We stayed at this hotel only one night because we had a flight in the morning.
The room was comfortable, good size, dog shower and bathroom. Very clean.
The staff was very polite.
Breakfast was very good!
The bed was a bit soft for my taste.
