Everything was just great. The Host MJ was amazing. So communicative, friendly yet professional & attentive when I had questions. The Condo was spotless & comfortable. The location & facilities fantastic.
The only thing (which is in no way a reflection on the Condo or the Host), was that Starbucks in the Complex downstairs did not allow us to use take out cups & sit for a short time. Ridiculous really &. poor effort by Starbucks.
Location and security team were very pleasant and helpful. There is Starbucks directly beneath which is handy and short stroll to Eastwood Mall which has many nice eating places.
There was lack of communication with the host. We stated 2 guests 3-4 separate times but only received 1 guest pass. We didn't get any response via the whats app number provided by the host, and we had minimal responses via the bookings app. On day 3 we complained to bookings.com about the shower, toilet clogged and lack of communication, shortly after we finally heard back from the host, all that was resolved was the clogged toilet issue though.
The hot water worked sporadically like 4 times of the 2 week stay and was very temperamental, we had bird baths using the kettle and cloths, was not the nicest way to spend a vacation that was meant to be relaxing time away. We didn't bother trying to reach the host any more as it was frustrating us and wasting our time that we were meant to be holidaying. we spent to much time trying to contact people and sort out these issues.
Just over a week into our stay the WiFi ran out of data as it is prepaid, the host mentions that if this happens to reach out to them so they can reload it, but given the failed responses previously we didn't bother trying to contact them anymore to avoid the disappointment, instead we bought data and hot spotted our phones.
