Terribly disappointed
Pros:

It was a nice location with laid out potential for guest to use the pool

Cons:

The rooms were very unsanitary, the heater in washroom didn’t work , the door to the washroom didn’t lock , electric outlets were exposed and had only 2 sockets in entire room , the tv didn’t work , the bed sheets and pillows were stained , the ac is so old that I was cooling the compressor more then it was cooling me

Location is perfect, staff are friendly

Cons:

Room was dirty & nasty. Looks like our bed covers & pillow cases were not changed. Bathroom stinks, dirty balcony. No comfort at all. We had no choice as hotel was paid. We actually booked 3 rooms & all of us were not happy. Hope management starts taking care of the rooms.

Staying here is not worth i guess

The veranda door is not working, no telephone, no hair dryer and refrigerator. The pool is kinda dirty

It was great, we’ll still consider to stay in this hotel for our next trip to batac.

The place is nice naman, kaso pag dumadaan ako ng second floor there is this toilet smell always.
Pros:

Mababait qng mga staffs, mabilis silang mag action..

Cons:

No hot water and no free wifi. Hindi rin kase daily ang cleaning and changing nila ng mga bed sheets and towels.. in my whole stay twice lang napalitan ung sa akin.

It was modern looking and the lovely view from our balcony was a nice start to our day. The free toiletries and water bottles were a nice touch.

We saw a few cockroaches in our room and in the pool.

It was a good location, the staff was nice and polite.

Cons:

when we came in our pillow didn't have pillow cases, the duvet doesnt have cover, and they said that it doesnt have a cover which is weird, I ask if they can provide a blanket but that will cost extra charge, the bathroom smells 😥like there was an issue with the plumbing drainage. amoy yung singaw.no kettle available in our room too, to start with coffee which is essential for all hotels.

A decent place that could use some maintenance to be a great place!
Pros:

The location itself is good. It is 15 mins to Paoay Church and 5 mins to the Presidential House. The place had a good garden for kids to play. The receptionist was very courteous and helpful. We received a complimentary 4x 500ml water bottle.

Cons:

The room was ok, but the bed was not very comfortable, towels were very old, the blanket had a bad smell to it. The bathroom fixtures were rusted and did not work properly. There was a heater for the shower but couldn't use it well because the water came very slow from the shower.
No WiFi.
No kettle or drinking hot water dispenser.
