Cons:

Não gostei dos funcionários, pouca simpatia, internet com problemas, tive que mudar de quarto, depois o pagamento era com pequeno almoço incluido disseram que não e mwsmo mostrando a prova no app não aceitaram.

I don’t understand how this property has 5 stars, we were hotel-fished by this place. So excited to get of a long flight late at night and have a shower and get into bed but as soon as we entered the “alley way” rather that it is located on we felt so suspicious. We were given our keys, and once we entered our room, it smelt musty, you just felt dirty, the “balcony” didn’t have a window, just a crusty curtain, air con didn’t work, there was a bath tub right next to your bed, the sheets were so very unclean, the bidet was leaking all over the bathroom, it wasn’t all it made it out to be on the booking and photos. Our mates however had it worse, their room was riddled with mosquitoes as again, there was no window, just open outdoor with a bathtub outside and a crusty curtain covering it - they then asked to move rooms and they were placed in a much smaller room and the ac did not work. We were not comfortable to sleep there, we asked to cancel our booking and leave else where.

Don't be tempted by the cheap price, it's terrible / not worth it.
Pros:

The proximity to the airport was very practical.

Cons:

Dirty room, sheets with burn holes, ant trails on the walls, mold in the bathroom, loud beeping all night because some electrical appliance in the attic had a fault so we couldn't sleep all night.
Staff could only speak moderate English.
We did not get any refund.

Je ne recommande cet endroit que pour sa proximité avec l’aéroport
Pros:

Proximité de l’aéroport à pieds. (+-15 minutes)

Cons:

Les photos ne correspondent pas à ce que j’ai eu. Aucune lumière ne passait dans la chambre. Le siphon de la douche n’était pas propre et une forte odeur d’humidité s’en dégageait. De plus, l’emplacement de la chambre était trop exposé aux bruits : locaux qui écoutent de la musique et discutent fort juste à côté, bruit de machines à laver, bruit d’une hotte ??,… le petit-déjeuner une boite repas préparé en avance.

A very bad stay and I don't wish to repeat it at this hotel.

Cons:

The staff are extremely bad, especially the thin employee who was mocking, laughing at, and swearing in Indonesian. I hope the hotel owners will discipline him or replace him with a respectable person to avoid losing customers.

Terrible disapointing!
Pros:

Why do people think that because a hotel is cheap it has to be dirty?
This place is a complete disgrace. The room was far from clean — I took pictures of the side tables, and you can clearly see the dust and dirt. Even the side lights were broken, with no switches to turn them on or off.

Disgusting. We walked out 5 mins after arrival.

Everything. We walked in and it smelt of urine. There was garbage in the halls leaking everywhere, there were children cleaning. The sheets were not clean, there was blood and mould on them.

The bathrooms were filthy, wee on the floor, mouldy, cracking.
