The reason we booked this hotel was because it is 5 minutes from the airport. It literally costs £1.67 on GRAB. The room was £11 so I think it is a case of you pay for what you get. The room had Aircon, a toilet, a TV which had internet which was good and we was right by the reception. If you are booking to be by the airport the night before you travel back home then it does the job.
The room had a damp kind of smell but nothing too crazy. It looks like it needs a touch up in terms of decorating but again, for one night because of the location was fine and for the price you can't complain.
This hotel is an ideal one night stop off if you're arriving to Bali late at night or have an early morning flight. The price reflects the luxury level, however, a big bonus is there's a 24-hour reception desk. We arrived at just gone 1:00 a.m. and there was someone there to greet us and show us to our room. You don't get this at every place. The room and bathroom were very clean. The bedding was clean although old and faded, absolutely that is to be expected at this price level. If you're looking for luxury, you really should not be staying near the airport and instead be heading to Ubud or the Gili Islands or somewhere similar. Our late night taxi took us less than 15 minutes to the hotel. Highly recommend as a cheap one night stay near the airport.

Não gostei dos funcionários, pouca simpatia, internet com problemas, tive que mudar de quarto, depois o pagamento era com pequeno almoço incluido disseram que não e mwsmo mostrando a prova no app não aceitaram.

Everything about the place was bad. Absolutely disgusting place.
I don’t understand how this property has 5 stars, we were hotel-fished by this place. So excited to get of a long flight late at night and have a shower and get into bed but as soon as we entered the “alley way” rather that it is located on we felt so suspicious. We were given our keys, and once we entered our room, it smelt musty, you just felt dirty, the “balcony” didn’t have a window, just a crusty curtain, air con didn’t work, there was a bath tub right next to your bed, the sheets were so very unclean, the bidet was leaking all over the bathroom, it wasn’t all it made it out to be on the booking and photos. Our mates however had it worse, their room was riddled with mosquitoes as again, there was no window, just open outdoor with a bathtub outside and a crusty curtain covering it - they then asked to move rooms and they were placed in a much smaller room and the ac did not work. We were not comfortable to sleep there, we asked to cancel our booking and leave else where.
The proximity to the airport was very practical.
Dirty room, sheets with burn holes, ant trails on the walls, mold in the bathroom, loud beeping all night because some electrical appliance in the attic had a fault so we couldn't sleep all night.
Staff could only speak moderate English.
We did not get any refund.
