The property was clean. Perhaps pots for cooking can be replaced since it is old and the coatings were peeling off.

Cons:

Our room constantly smelled of cigarette smoke because the tenants next door were always smoking. I thought there was a ₱10,000 fine for this, but it appears that no action is being taken against them. The smoke made it difficult to breathe, and my mother is allergic to cigarette smoke, which made the situation even worse. Me and my wife did not enjoy our stay.

Nice clean apartment, however provisions and facilities require improvement, to enhance comfort and bare necessities.
Pros:

Clean, and spacious, comfortable beds and modern .

Cons:

Inter leading doors- not sound proof, Chinese guests next door on one side argued loudly all night and we didn’t get much sleep on the other side the old man coughed and spluttered and spat all night- sounded disgusting. Could not even eat our dinner. Hot water in floor 16 -33 did not work as wall socket under sink was hanging loose. Reported to reception and lady said to manipulate the plug as it does work just positional. Was dangerous as socket was hanging off the wall Never worked- had cold showers. No teaspoon to make tea or coffee, nor a knife to cut a piece of cake. TV was all in Chinese, the staff could not change over. Not fair as we paid for the stay and did not get to relax. Water provided too small for the heat. Toilet roll was tiny few single sheets - only for a day use for 2 people and not replenished.
